My family had the best time during our stay at this adorable house! It is so hard to find an actual beach house for smaller families, that not only has a pool, but is also a short walk to the beach. This house is it!! It is in the absolute BEST location! The beach was literally a 4 minute walk and because it’s near the state park, you don’t have the crowds like you do in other areas. It was also nice to have two access points to the beach and be in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was the cherry on top and was where we relaxed after we came back from the beach. It was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

Primo spot for small group

Great location with easy beach access. Perfect for a smaller group and the pool was a bonus we didn’t know we needed until there were a couple of double red flag days.

We had a wonderful stay in Grayton Beach. This was our 5th time staying in Grayton and the area never disappoints. We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. The good:Fantastic location. The street is very quiet and secluded, but retains easy access to everything Grayton had to offer.Easy beach accessExcellent pool that was clean and well maintained. The home was also very well appointed, I really appreciated that they had plenty of soap and detergent available.Overall, it’s an exceptional value for your money. You will not find many properties with all these amenities at this price point. The not so good:The house is definitely showing its age in some areas. The deck around the pool is starting to fall apart. The screws fastening the deck boards are rusted with many sticking up and posing a trip hazard. The supporting boards are rotting in areas, which has caused noticeable sagging. The decking around the house is similarly degraded. Nothing that felt outright unsafe, but definitely some squishy spots in the floor and loose boards. We came right after peak season, so I’d imagine this would be on a list of things to fix for the slower seasons.

Great location and stay.

As we continue to see larger and larger homes in Grayton, this 3B home was a great find. Convenient access to the beach and with the added benefit of a small pool which was perfect for our two kids when they still wanted to be in the water. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would stay again.

Great location - easy walk to the beach & on the quieter end of Grayton Beach, which we loved. Heated pool was perfect for our two small kids when they needed a break from the sand. Great size pool for a vacation house located so close to the beach. House is lovely and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thankful to find this little house nestled among the huge new builds in Grayton!

Perfect location in Grayton!

We were very pleased with the location and accommodations at this property. The pool was great and the screened porches were really nice. The interior was very clean and comfortable. We used the sandy trail through the dunes to avoid most of the crowds on the beach and it was perfect!! Highly recommend!!
