Superb apartment located on the 2nd floor, in the center of the 7th arrondissement, very well located between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.
This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright and well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay as a couple or with friends (4 people)
The Space:
40 m2 apartment which includes:
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed
- 1 living room with double sofa bed (140 cm bed), TV and Wifi
- An open equipped kitchen (hob, washing/drying machine, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- 1 terrace of 9 m2
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

The Neighborhood:
10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes from the Champs de Mars, this flat is located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement in a renowned shopping street. The Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne are a 20-minute walk away.
It is the ideal location to spend an excellent stay in Paris in a chic, bourgeois, lively area and close to the capital's must-see places. You can enjoy a boat trip along the Seine, and visit the Invalides.
