Where do I start!I made my reservation a month in advance and never received any arrival informationâno check-in details, no address confirmation, nothing. I called, texted, and messaged the property multiple times and never got a single response.When I finally arrived (after paying for transportation), the location was completely closed. Even Vrbo agents couldnât reach the host. I was left standing outside for 30 minutes in 45 weather trying to figure out what to do next. Because of this disaster, I missed a wedding rehearsal dinner and had no place to stay for hours.Vrboâs only âsolutionâ was to offer a voucherâbut only if my next booking cost more than what Iâd already paid. I had to book my own new place last minute and spend more money on transportation again.This experience was not just inconvenientâit was unacceptable. This property is irresponsible, unresponsive, and should be temporarily banned or suspended so other travelers donât go through the same ordeal.
