Friends who sought a country estate for escape from city life. We wanted the seclusion of Vermont but access to high-quality restaurants and other amenities. Property is principally used as a residence by owners. Come see what makes this property unique!

If you're seeking a space in the art- and mountain-filled Manchester area, come explore Orchard Hollow Farm. You enter through a gated private drive that winds through the estate, passing through a birch tree hollow. The driveway gently ascends (4x drive recommended in winter) and the view opens up to the mountains as you access the houses. Historic homes built centuries ago and lovingly cared for by a line of families. Five fireplaces, countless unique historical touches and chef's kitchen in main house with high-end appliances.
