Beautiful Master Suite In the Heart of the Willamette Valley
Located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, McMinnville is a short 45 min from the coast, and a mere 35 miles from Portland. My house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The room available is a large master bedroom with a private bathroom and large walk in closet. The bathroom contains a soaking tub and shower. Included with the room is utilities, access to the kitchen, use of a washer dryer and access to all communal space both inside and out. There is also a Mini fridge and microwave in the room. The minimum stay is 30 days/nights.
I currently live in the house with my girlfriend. We have her two daughters 50% of the time and my son every other weekend. However, I will have my son full time during the summer. Due to the presence of children the house can sometimes get noisy and there may sometimes be a mess here and there in common areas. However, we are all very respectful and make our best attempt to keep the noise down and all common areas clean. This room is a great option for someone who doesn't mind children or the adventures that come along with having them in a home. We believe in the importance of good communication and will make every attempt to make sure your stay is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Hi I am james I am a single dad who has his son 50% of the time. I work full time as an electrician and enjoying being active in my spare time. I am friendly, social and a good communicator. I have been renting my master suite out now for almost a year and I love the experience. I love meeting new people and making friends. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My Home is located inn the beautiful Oregon wine country. I am walking distance to public transportation and shopping. However, even though I am extremely close to everything you will still find peace and quiet being that I am located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Mcminnville is known for its downtown. The food and shopping here is incredible. It is also in the middle of the beautiful Willamette wine country. I am located approximately 40 minutes from Portland and about 1 hour to the coast.
