Direkt Oceanfront W / Pool - 74th St - Vacker utsikt !!

Alla priser inkluderar skatter, inga dolda avgifter. Stor 1 sovrum lägenhet som kan sova 4, lägenhet består av 2 dubbelsängar och platt-TV i sovrummet, fullt utrustat kök med stort äta-i område med stort bord, stort vardagsrum utanför köket och matplats med underbar havsutsikt, en annan platt-TV (ny 2016), skjutreglage till stor balkong med utsikt över poolen och havet.

Byggnaden består av totalt 59 enheter med 5 våningar, vår lägenhet ligger på 3: e våningen. Mycket tyst byggnad med hiss, reserverad parkering. Vi använder personligen vår lägenhet och vi håller den mycket ren. Med poolen och havet några steg bort låter våra 2 barn komma och gå. Det är också lätt för morfar att gå till poolen och stranden.

Promenera till restauranger, butiker, minigolf. Boardwalk är bara 10 minuter bort med nöjesresor och spel, obegränsad shopping och restauranger och golf. Convention center ligger några kvarter bort. Stor plats. Du kommer att älska denna lägenhet och platsen. Veckovis hyreskostnad inkluderar städavgift och internet. Kontrollera vår kalander, vi uppdaterar det regelbundet.

Great location!

The place was so nice with a great view. Everything was clean. The location on the strip was perfect especially if you don’t want to drive everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect ocean front condo in the heart of midtown OC

This is the third unit we’ve stayed in the Beachmark and our favorite so far. Lovely unit with an updated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds. The porch has an incredible view! Great location next to the elevator, the unit was just like the pictures. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive prior to our visit and a Nice reminder text ahead of check out.

Early Oct Stay

We love the Beachmark and its location, we've been staying there for years. Mike's unit is the nicest we've stayed in. It has been recently renovated to a modern style and the decor is beautiful & beachy. We enjoy waking up in the morning and looking out at the ocean.

Happy with main reasons we pick this place.

My wife and I rented for a 4 night get away in late September. The main reasons we picked this place was based on it being on the beach, the view, & the balcony. Those aspects of it were great and just as we had hoped. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so the view of the ocean and watching the sunrises each morning was excellent. We saw dolphins a couple of times. The furniture on the balcony was a big plus. 2 cushioned chairs and 2 elevated chairs which allow for looking out towards the ocean without having the balcony railing in your view. The location on the beach was excellent as well & only a short walk. So for the reasons that we chose this unit, we were very happy. The parking and security were very good as well. We can not give it a 4/5 star rating as most people have, when basing our review on the entire place. It is very out dated, more so than we expected from the pictures. The bathroom sink has rust in it. I would have to question how thoroughly it is cleaned. There were hairs in the bathtub when we first arrived. Some mildew was inside the bottom corner of the shower liner where the magnets are. The tub drain didn’t drain well and water backs up into the tub. This didn’t happen during showers, but did when trying to just wash feet off and running water out of spout for a longer period. A couple of the bowls that I got out of the kitchen cabinet to use were dirty. Some of the chairs in the living room have the paint coming off of them. The coffee maker worked, but the heating element the pot sits on is covered in rust. Other issues that we also had: When we rented, there was a DVD player listed in the amenities. It has since been removed from that list. There was a DVD player, but it wasn’t hooked up and was in a drawer. It could only be hooked up to small 24” TV in the bedroom, but not the nice big TV in the living room. This was disappointing. We had planned on watching a couple of movies that we brought. I almost brought my own DVD player until I read that the unit had one. The security light outside lit up the bedroom at nighttime. I cut up a cardboard box and set it behind the curtain on the windowsill while we were there which blocked some of the light out. In the kitchen, I couldn’t open the drawers by the refrigerator to access silverware because the drawers hit the fridge. The level of cleanliness was less than expected and the level of wear was more than expected in the otherwise quaint unit based on prior reviews.

The View Is Amazing!

We were stunned by the cleanness of this property! Though the interior is dated, it was made up for by the cleanness. But the thing that we loved the most was the deck! It's huge, the furniture is super comfy, and the view is stunning!! We were surprised that there was no central AC but only window units, but the whole building is built this way. Mike was amazingly patient with our technologically challenged selves.

Great condo!

We had a great week staying here. The condo was very well maintained and you couldn’t beat the view. It was wonderful having a pool as well as such a short walk to the beach. Always nice to have that with little kiddos. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Cute, spacious condo with great views.

We were surprised by the open space family room area. Sofa was very comfortable for a sleeper as well as balcony furniture. Bathroom needs updating and very few glasses in kitchen but there was only the 2 of us so it was fine. Motel behind the building is not attractive but who looks out the back and

Terrific place! Had everything we needed. Wonderful deli close by, quiet & peaceful. Wished pool hours were longer. Sunrises were fabulous & see dolphins near by. Mike was fantastic to deal with; very attentive to our questions before & throughout our stay.

We will rent this condo again.

We wanted to isolate in a different place so went to Ocean City for a week. The COVID quarantine directions in our state changed after we booked the trip and Mike was kind to let us make a change so that I would not miss 2 weeks of work on my return. The condo was located away from the noises of the boardwalk yet near enough to drive there in a few minutes. The view was spectacular with a private and large balcony. The apartment was comfortable, clean, cozy and quiet. It was stocked with everything we could need for a perfect stay. After this week, I would not consider staying anywhere else in OC. This rental is a lovely discovery.

Outstanding Location & Convenience

Check-in was a breeze and the communication during the pandemic with pool updates and refund questions were excellent. We did lunch take-out during our stay and used OCM crabs and BJs on the waterfront a lot. They had kid friendly options as well. Both are within short walking distance. We had king kone ice cream daily also within walking distance. We bought sandwich ingredients and drinks from Food Lion for dinner. On the weekend it was tough to get an order in with the restaurants so expect wait times or have a plan b. Make sure to bring your masks they require it for all establishments. We parked our beach gear on the sand every morning and left it when we ate lunch and used it all day. we also used the pool a couple times. We slept on the pull out sofa which was not super comfortable but we would not fit on the full sized bed and I did not bring bedding for all 3 beds (my bad). The bedroom was noticeably damp even with its own window type ac unit, but we did not use that room a lot (daughter slept there). The rest of the area was comfortable and the window ac worked very well in living/kitchen area. Kitchen was well stocked and the dishwasher was convenient. This building and all surrounding buildings are old. No new developments that i could see. The condo is due for an update, but we enjoyed all the sea & beach themed decor and it is tastefully done. Tip you only need the elevator key for the lobby. The elevator works w/o key for 1st floor and above. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Again location and convenience was the reason we booked and Mike was awesome with communication and details, which made a huge difference. My only suggestion would be to have a binder available with some recommended restaurants or things to do in the surrounding area should you need a beach break or it is raining. We had never been to OCM but it was easy enough to Google everything. OCM is def doable even during the pandemic.

Like Visiting Grandma's House

The building is fairly well maintained. It is an older building with no upgrades since I would say, the late 60's. It is right now the beach, with fairly easy access. The condo was very cute, but everything is very old and run down, and as the title states, kind of like Visiting Grandma's house, not necessarily bad. The balcony is lovely. The pool was not opened, and we were not told until the day of. We chose this property because of the pool. While we were offered a cancellation exception back in March, we were offered no sort of discount for no pool amenity. The building behind the condo is kind of like Section 8 Housing. The owners stated that they planned on doing a lot of upgrades to the condo, so this review may not be pertinent for long! 😁

We rented in this building for 10 years prior to purchasing our own condo in this building. We love the location to the ocean and the pool, restaurants and shops. Our beach is less crowded then other parts of Ocean City.
