Great location, very clean, comfortable bed

My partner and I stayed during the summer while we were in town for a wedding at the St. Regis. The location is great, the place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There were several key codes given on the listing and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get in, so clearer instructions there would be great for future visitors!

Unreal location

Literally a six minute walk to deer valley lifts. Great to have 1.5 bathrooms. Pull out bed was ok (but all of those aren’t great). TV, WiFi great. Wish we could have slightly later check out but it is a wonderful place

Kitchen is a disaster

The pots and pans are ready for a third world country. Do yourself a favor owner and go to Walmart and buy a set of pots and pans that are not scraped and chipped and disgustingly looking. While you are there get a complete matching set of plates, bowls and saucers. Since the kitchen only has one knife, you may want to pick up several kitchen knives. The dishwasher flooded when I used it on checkout morning. Light bulbs are out. For some reason the provided door code was incorrect.

Close to lifts, LOTS of stairs

PROS: This apartment is very well situated, just several minutes' walk from Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. It was clean, renovated, and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. The main bed is quite comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. CONS: From the garage, you have to walk up three stories on outdoor stairs to reach the apartment. With luggage and ski gear, that is a PAIN. We didn't use the laundry, but we saw it in a corner of the garage, also quite a hassle. There are only light-filtering shades in the living room, so it's very bright for sleeping. Heating is noisy--sometimes it sounded like an idling truck. We had trouble with the garage codes and almost always had to enter them multiple times for them to work. Eventually, one stopped working and we had to walk around the building in snow to get in.

Ski trip

I am a five star VRBO traveler and I had the worst rental experince to date: 1. We were given the wrong property address which resulted in driving around at night, climbing up multiple stairs with ski gear ONLY to be at the wrong property. I was sent one address by VRBO and another by Vacasa. 2. Vacasa was completely unresponsive when we needed help. I could not reach anyone by phone and the text message seemed to be from a bot. 3. There was no info in the condo re: garage key, etc. There was a bag of trash outside the condo door that remained throughout our stay. There was nowhere secure on the lower level to store our skis. 4. I am seeking one night's rental fee waived.

Great location

Pros: Easy check in. Clean. Bus and shuttle stop directly outside. Cons: you do have to walk up 3 flights so if you have a bunch of gear, be prepared. Coin op w/d in garage. When the furnace kicks in the air handler is very loud so bring a sound machine or have an app on your phone to drown out the noise when you are sleeping. Overall I’d stay here again. Great value and location,

Nice Condo in a good location

Overall good stay. Disappointed that there’s no elevators on the property. Had to haul 6 large bags up the stairs.

A little disappointed

Well first off they tell you to pull into the garage which is to short for a truck so had to find another entrance. Then no directions on how to find the place from the garage. After countless stairs we finally found it. BTW if you are not in good shape not the place for you it takes 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. And no elevator. Check in was good, and condo was nice. Just a few things missing the t.v. in the main living area was tiny. The one in the master was good sized but not hooked up to cable like the one in living room??? Not sure what that's about. They have a fire place but don't give instructions on how to run it. On the mantel was a key but no idea what that's for. Luckily we didn't need the fire place because it was so hot. No A/C. Which we knew was lacking but when we checked in the not a fan was on and no windows were open to let the breeze cool it down, so it was hot. It is about a mile and a half walk to Park city. But really great fishing/ paddleboarding ponds right out your door. A good place overall just missing a few small VRBO qualities we are used to.
