This beautifully remodeled 4 bed, 3 bath duplex is the perfect BEACH GETAWAY with your extended family or friends. Sleeps up to 13

You'll enjoy expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from one side of the house and Little Lagoon from the other.

Take the 4 min walk to the beach just a block away from public access on 13th street or enjoy the sun heated pool (shared only with the duplex neighbor) right in the backyard. 6 beach chairs + 2 umbrellas and a beach cart all provided in our outdoor storage area.

When you are ready to get out of the sun, enjoy the private "under the house" area w/ Dining Table, Chairs, Room to play Yard games and grill on the gas or charcoal grills.

The primary bedroom upstairs features a King bed with private bath. Off the primary bedroom is a balcony that overlooks the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The perfect place for a morning coffee sunrise.

The North side upstairs bedroom features a bunk bed (twin over a double) along with another twin bed.

The hall bedroom upstairs has a double and twin bed as well.

The main level bedroom offers a queen bed with private balcony and shared bathroom that overlooks the lagoon.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. Plenty of pans, pots, dishes, and utensils to serve your whole group including plastic dishes/bowls/silverware for our littlest guests. Keurig and drip coffee makers provided. Toaster and blender are available as well. FREE high speed wifi throughout the whole house (~150mbps). Smart TVs in each bedroom and Living room.

West Beach is the perfect location to be close to all the dining and activities, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun.

Must be over 25 to book. No third-party bookings (person making reservation must be staying on property for the duration of the stay)

Trip Insurance is recommended. Especially during hurricane season. In the case of a hurricane, there will ONLY be refunds in case of a mandatory evacuation order.

Spring Break

Great Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was great. The pool was amazing and so glad to have it! You don't always get a pool & a house this close to the beach. Plenty of space for the 8 of us, with room for more.

Great family vacation spot

We came for a graduation trip. The house was large enough for 8 adults/teens. Walking distance to the beach. Everytjing was very clean and we enjoyed the pool as well. Host was great about communicating and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a family vacation

This is our second year staying here and we love it. We have four young kids and this place is perfect for them. When the flags are red we can swim all day! We have been bringing my mom and dad also and it’s a great size house. Anytime I had any questions they were very quick to answer/reply.

Perfect getaway

I booked this rental for a family vacation, bringing my family, my parents and my sister and her family. Communication with the owner, prior to booking and prior to our arrival was great. They were quick to respond to questions and they seemed eager to make it easy. Check in was simple and easy. Codes and passwords were provided before we arrived and everything was smooth. The house and pictures were just as described in the description and pictures. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was clean and well kept. The owner provided extra beach chairs, beach toys, and a cart to get our things from the house to the beach. The beach itself is a short walk, around 2 mins from door to sand. Communication with the owner during the stay was great as well. We had one issue with the linen in one room, but the owner quickly fixed the problem within a hour or so. No complaints and I highly recommend this property.

Nice house a couple blocks from the beach

House was very clean and nice. Good space for family visiting. Walkable to beach but driving to public access is easier if you’ve got little children. Host was responsive to the one issue we had. We recommend double checking with the host a couple days prior to make sure pool is ready to swim.

Fabulous!

We stayed for 6 nights with a lot of kids. It was very nice and had plenty of room to sleep. We brought extra toilet paper and trash bags just because we had an extended stay. Other than that everything else was provided! We had such a great time!

This neighborhood is a special one! It's quietly tucked away between West Beach and Little Lagoon. Just a block walk to the beach and has a fabulous pool. Still close to restaurants/ice cream/convenience stores and The Hangout.
