The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches.

Pacifica - Loved it

We wanted to stay outside of SF and this house gave us plenty of room for our group of 9. Hot tub was amazing, the house was clean, beautiful scenery, and wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend!

What a view.

Great house, very comfy inside and it has a special back deck. This is an awesome property with a really good management team that will be in constant contact with you. For the price, you really can't beat this place.

Gorgeous Views and Great House

We had a wonderful say in Pacifica! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the deck views were gorgeous. Check in process and communication with property manger were extremely easy. The house is in a great location. Close to San Francisco and surrounding cities.

Wonderful place

Really enjoyed the stay here. Property and house were awesome. Nicely maintained, very solid luxury feel. Great kitchen. View was really nice. Pacifica is very close to coastal waters and it really cooled down in evening, so bring a light jacket for hanging out on deck. Also foggy many mornings until sun burns it off. Overall this rental was a real pleasure to stay in.

family vacation

rooms/beds were comfortable (one has a curtain rather than a door but the room itself is large and has a very nice sitting area). Nice hot tub and view of hills. Stove was not working which they communicated to us ~1 week before (toaster oven alternatively) but we had group of 8. Mgmt company was quick to reply to inquiries.

Beautiful & spacious

This home is beautiful inside and out. The vistas from the deck and windows in the back is really special! Spaces are very large and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the linens were extra special. Management was extremely responsive. I had to reach out for help with adjusting the HVAC system and again to clarify the trash collection schedule (it was a holiday week so I was uncertain on what day it would be collected) and in both instances, I got a response in less than 5 minutes - virtually immediate. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing property, in Pacifica, within close proximity to San Francisco...

If I ever get back to San Fran, we'll go back to this property. It's far enough away from San Fran to be able to get away from the city, but close enough that it won't take you long to get back home after a day at Muir Woods, or wherever you happen to be. Home appears to be fairly new construction, so it's in superb shape. Communication with property owners was excellent. The neighborhood is wonderful. And the view of the mountains from the back of the home is off the charts beautiful! We had a party of 8 -- 4 adults and 4 kids -- and everyone had their space to retreat back to once our day was done. Like I said, I'd go back. And I can't say that about other properties I've rented. This home is a gem in Pacifica. Thank you!

Stay is disappointing

The fire place is not operational. The empty beer bottles were left in the property. The utensils were so blackened and looking dirty. The front yard did not met our expectations . The property surroundings did not met our expectations for the price we paid. There are so many restrictions to use the property access. The floors are looking dirty. This time our stay with VRBO is disappointing and my family is not happy with the stay and all restrictions .

This is an amazing house.

This is an amazing house. All the layout and space can see the owner's intentions. It is very comfortable here. I am very grateful to the owner for providing such a great house. I will definitely come back next time.

Great House

We had the most enjoyable girls weekend in this rental house. 10 girls! House is newly built. Modern interior. Very spacious and clean. Lots of hot water, but we were careful to conserve due to California drought. Good quality beds/linens. Quiet neighborhood. Marbella Mgmt was very easy to work with; quick email responses; very attentive. We had a problem locking a french door to patio, but a repairman came the next morning. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Fantastic stay in Pacifica

Everything was great, the house had a beautiful view off of the huge deck of the pacifica hills, the beds were comfortable and roomy. It suited the needs of our family of 5 very well.

Awesome Location and Great Place

We were thrilled to stay here. The place was impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Pacifica is also relatively very convenient to travel to San Francisco Down Town as well as to travel to Half Moon Bay Area. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighbourhood is quiet and we loved it. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Perfect property

We really enjoyed our stay, it was close enough for us to get to city/beach to explore but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with traffic and a lot of people. The only compliant and it’s not a big deal but the hot tub and deck can not be used after 9pm to keep noise down and there are cameras watching. We didn’t find those details out until we received check in instructions 2 days prior. After a long day it would have been nice to relax in hot tub and sit on patio at night. Overall great experience and we would book again.

This property is extremely clean!! Spacious house with 5 beds to accommodate 9 of us, especially the main master bed room which has a huge bathroom. A huge deck with beautiful view and with a hot tub which is very clean! We enjoyed sun set at the deck each evening. PLUS, there is a ping pong table in the garage for us to play!
