Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this gated community enjoys a privileged setting, combining tranquility, security, and proximity. It is just 900 meters from the beach (about a 10-minute walk) and 700 meters from the nearest shops (bakery, supermarket, newsagent, restaurants, traditional market, etc.). You can fully enjoy your stay without having to use your car every day.
The accommodation: welcoming and functional
With a capacity of 6 people, this bungalow has been designed to offer you comfort and convenience throughout your stay. It comprises:
A fold-out bed on the ground floor,
A bedroom upstairs with a double bed, storage, and a window to the outside,
An open mezzanine, accessible by stairs, equipped with a sofa bed (ideal for two additional beds),
A bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet,
A second separate toilet upstairs for added comfort,
A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.,
A bright living room with a dining area and lounge area, providing direct access to the private garden,
A garden furniture set for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing in the shade.

At the front of the house, you will benefit from a private parking space, very convenient for unloading your luggage or running errands with peace of mind. The private, fenced garden at the rear of the property is a real asset: ideal for family meals, barbecues, or simply enjoying breakfast in the sun.
