The property was very clean and very warm welcome. I did not have to communicate with the host because everything was great. It was great being able to walk my dog along the sea wall. I would definitely stay again.

We are frequent VRBO renters and do a lot of research looking at pics, reading reviews, making sure it meets our needs which is why we chose this condo for our quick overnight trip back to Rockwall after recently moving. We know the area, which is very safe and neighbors are friendly. We also were originally looking for a pet friendly place also.We decided to leave our fur baby home. But, this is a great pet friendly rental with a cute little yard out back and lots of places to take walks! It is very clean and organized and comfortable! The communication with David was ALWAYS met promptly and very nice! David was very flexible with a special request we had, made sure we got in ok,etc. The only negative we experienced were there was a tenant upstairs that we weren't aware of (really just doing typical things, but wish we were made aware first as we needed to sleep early. The A/C was loud so it was hard to work and adjust the TV so as not to disturb anyone else. We are used to having a TV in the bedroom to watch and turn on white noise for a good night's sleep Which we tried to just use our cell phone to play our ocean sounds but the A/C even drown that out. The bedding and bathroom linens could be updated. There was a musty/moldy odor which we attribute to being near the lake and just being an older condo. None of this is to make people stay away. Just a "to be aware" if you have people staying who are affected by noise or asthma issues. We give 5 Stars!! Thank you!

We were fortunate to find this listing while in town for a wedding. We absolutely loved our stay here, it is perfect for two people and we also brought our dog with us. The location is beautiful and we loved being just steps away from the yacht club restaurant for a bite. The unit was cozy and we especially loved the shower. We hope to stay here again for future Rockwall visits!

Was in town for a 25th wedding anniversary. I selected this property because it was centrally located to the places I needed to be. It was quiet and relaxing. Felt safe since is in a community with security. Was beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed.
