Newly Built, well appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level Coach House located in the beautiful Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville. Fully stocked Quartz and stainless appliance kitchen. Main Floor bedroom has ensuite bath. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are a short 5 minute walk and an 8-10 minute walk to the heart of 5 Points + all the great restaurants, bars & live music East Nashville is known for. Quick uber/lyft to heart of Broadway/Bridgestone Arena. Note:Stairs to flr 2

This home was newly built in 2023. It is the perfect spot for a long weekend, week or even a month's stay in Nashville. There is a smart TV in the living room area. The entire 2 story guest house is private and guests have access to the entire space minus the garage. There is a parking pad behind the coachhouse for guests to use. The 5 points East Nashville neighborhood is the perfect middle ground for those seeking a vibrant but low key spot in the city with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants in a walkable, friendly and historic neighborhood while having quick & easy access to all of the Broadway action and close to the Stadium. You can stroll the tree lined streets to some of Nashville's favorite eateries , shops and bars. Great spot for bachelorette & bachelor trips, birthday weekends, and traveling nurses! (Please note this is a 2 story space with one bedroom with ensuite bath on the ground floor and 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, Kitchen and living room area on the 2nd floor. )

Lovely house! Great host!

Shauna's house is super cute. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable, located about .5 mile from stores and bars in the Lockeland Springs neighborhood. Shauna is a great communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Very nice, clean, comfortable home in a great location. Worked perfectly for our needs. The neighbourhood was very walkable and downtown is also easily accessible. Hosts were very responsive and had great BBQ and pizza recommendations. Would definitely want to stay here again if we come back. We loved spending mornings on the front veranda.

Awesome house great location

We had a blast in Nashville. This location in East Nashville was close to five points and downtown. The house was clean and had everything you could need. You can walk to restaurants and a short Uber ride to down town. Communication was excellent. This won’t disappoint.
