We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived and given a tour of the place. The best part about staying here was the location. We loved the location, since it was close to downtown and near other shopping and restaurants in the Five Point area. The cleanliness was fairly good, minus needing some dusting and a little more attention to detail in cleaning the bathroom. We were told that a group of guys had stayed there before us, and I could tell because there was some beard hairs in the sink and hair also on a couple washcloths still. The bedrooms were made up nicely and bedding was clean. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to make food. The only thing it could've used was a toaster. Last but not least is the hot tub. While we enjoyed using it, we wish it would've allowed us to set the water temp higher. Also, the outdoor deck and hot tub area was full of leaves and a sticky sap residue all over, so we had to wear shoes to protect our feet and then clean our shoes off to get rid of the sticky residue. Taking everything into account, the stay here was good overall.
