Between Rennes and Angers, enjoy this large 145mÂČ house in the countryside. You'll appreciate the three air-conditioned bedrooms, the rural setting, and the beautiful private pool. During your stay in Anjou, you'll be 30 minutes from Angers and 1 hour 15 minutes from Rennes and Nantes.
Private outdoor space of 330mÂČ: beautiful terrace with a relaxation area, sun loungers, garden furniture for dining outdoors on the covered patio, electric grill, fire pit, and private heated pool accessible from early May to early October.
On the ground floor, a large 60mÂČ living room with a lounge, fireplace, large flat-screen TV (smart TV), darts, and mini pool table. The living room opens onto the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room. A bathroom with a sink, large shower, and toilet is on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with a television, each with a 140x190cm bed.

The adjoining cottage, reference H49G023832, accommodates up to 8 people. Rent both cottages together for a maximum of 15 people.

Travel along the Mayenne River to the pretty villages of Grez-Neuville, Le Lion d'Angers, Pruillé, and Montreuil-Juigné, and their seasonal open-air dance halls. Visit the Chùteau du Plessis-Macé, 20 minutes away, the Chùteau de la Lorie in Segré, 10 minutes away, and the Isle Briand National Park, 13 minutes away. Hiking trails start from the cottage.
Pool dimensions: 11x5m - depth from 1.1 to 1.6m. Secured by a rigid cover with manual opening.
Beds made. Towels at an additional cost of âŹ5/person - end-of-stay cleaning at an additional cost of âŹ150. Pets not allowed. Firewood provided free of charge. Private parking with a gate.
