Watch out! This colorful and charming little 2 bed, 1 bath Boise Bench home is truly special! A complete remodel in December 2021 successfully merged mid-centry charm with 21st century comfort and function. And the location! The home is close to restaurants, cafes, entertainment, the 181 freeway and is just 10 minutes to the Boise Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, desert landscaping and enjoying this quiet neighborhood.

Your relaxation and comfort is paramount to us, so we have included a large smart TV with Apple TV preloaded with free access to Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+! Oh and the wifi is blazing fast too.

The dining, kitchen and living room are tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining. The kitchen, equipped with all new appliances in December 2021, is fully stocked with utensils and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.

The new beds are high quality and the sheet thread count is high and of excellent quality. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.

You have also private access to both a washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Awesome visit to Boise

Property is in a great location, very clean and the communication was excellent. We would highly recommend the property and use it again on our next trip to Boise!

I loved the stay! Very cozy, I loved the amenities like the Wi-Fi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place

We came to Boise for a family friend’s graduation from Boise State. The location of the cottage was perfect, with quick access to the freeway and very close to downtown and the university. The property is so cute and well kept. The bathroom sink is a little small, but everything else was great. Communication with the management was easy and with quick responses. Overall a great stay!

Great location, nice place.

Location was near the major roadways meaning you could be in Meridian or downtown Boise very rapidly. Nice place and neighborhood, quiet aside from a neighbor who maybe had a party or band practice. Only real complaint was there was a lot of dust under furniture in the rooms and hair in the bedding. There is a washer/dryer available so it's a non-issue really, unless maybe you're sensitive. The managers for the property were very easy to contact and work with so we had no issues there. Would stay again most certainly.

Boise Getaway

We enjoyed most of the home. However, the bathroom was TERRIBLE. The sinks is super short and only 18''. Only holds the faucet. Absolutely No counter space which is sad because there's room for a nice sink and counter space. Washing face, brushing teeth or anything needed for getting ready for the day had to be done in the kitchen and on Dining room table, Both shower curtains were torn and droopy from the hooks and the outer curtain looked and felt like a thin black plastic garbage sack and the inner torn shower curtain had gross stuff on the bottom- right side. They only had cheap 1 ply sandpaper- toilet paper.. which was terrible. The biggest bedroom bed was wonderful. The small bedroom bed had a plastic mattress cover that crunched with every move...all night! The guy living downstairs snored so loud at times that it kept my daughter up in the 2nd bedroom. Very upsetting. We enjoyed the Living Room space but were bothered by the spiders and spider webs on the lowest bookshelves. Had to kill one spider. We loved the location, and the place smelled wonderful every time we entered the house.
