This place is located 3 mins to Key Biscayne Shopping Center, 4 mins to Nixon Beach Sandbar, 4 mins to Key Biscayne Yacht Club, 6 mins to Key Biscayne Beach, 7 mins to Fishing Dock, 8 mins to Cape Florida Lighthouse, and 6 mins to Crandon Park. There are also a lot of different restaurants and shops that can be found nearby!

Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the other 3 bedrooms have full-sized beds each - comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There are also dedicated workspaces available - perfect for those who are working from home!

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

Take a break from city life and live for the outdoors in this home. Take dips on the blue non-heated pool, relax on the sun loungers, or gather around at the outdoor dining table with seating and fire up the grill for a delicious bbq. You will also never get bored as we have 3 bicycles, boogie boards, basketball, and a cooler provided.

The house also includes high-speed WiFi, a TV with Apple TV and Netflix access, and 4 free parking spots located on the front porch.
