Great property for family wedding in Nashville

Very close to downtown and food, entertainment options. Killer rooftop deck for family get together. Did not cook but was nicely equipped for cooking.

Family vacation

Great weekend. A lot of stairs especially with 3 -2 year olds. Plenty of room. Having more than 1 towel per person would be better but washer and dryer helped with that. Garage too small to park anything but a compact car. Plenty of street parking. Great location

Nice and modern in convenient location

Home was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Convenient location to get to downtown and other sites by car. Kitchen could have been stocked better and mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise plenty of bed space for everyone and a great stay for our group! Loved the rooftop!

Family gathering.

Alot of steps to get to each level.A few things missing for storage as far as food is concerned.Awesome deck.Maybe could have been a little more sound proofed from other units. Otherwise a great gatheing place for the number of people that we had in our family. Thankyou for everything you did with respect to being so accomadating. Greatly appreciated it. The Millers.

Perfect location

We had such a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and rented this condo for our stay. Property was clean, convenient, and located close to all the attractions! Only thing I would suggest from the owners is more towels for 12 guests! Will def stay again!

Garage parking and privacy

The garage was a bonus I wasn't expecting...especially when it was a storm and we needed to unload tons of luggage. Convenient location to Vanderbilt, downtown, Green Hills...and a quick walk to Five Daughters and great coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Large dining area was very comfortable for our party and the rooftop cornhole was another nice bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.with our party of 6, but several more would be very comfortable as well. The four stories helped us get our steps in and the hard floors made the home feel clean and fresh.

Comfortable and spacious

This was the perfect place for a group to experience Nashville for the first time. Some good restaurants and conveniences within walking distance and a quick walk to Centennial Park. Short car ride to downtown and the airport. Overall a great place.

Great location, great property, everything you need in close proximity. Three levels so your not to close to your other guess!! Matt was gracious enough to let us stow our bags early as it was raining so we did not have to drag them around with us.

excellent condo in convenient location

It is located relatively close to downtown, Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, as well as to new/hip condo developments. There is an excellent coffee shop nearby (probably more than one). It was Christmas so a few things were closed (restaurants, some shops, etc.). I was afraid it might be loud but it was a quite area (formerly industrial type area but now redeveloped, mostly condos, and 1/2 block from indoor rock climbinb place). Kitchen was nice but missing baking dishes, cookie sheets or anything for the oven. There were lots of pots, pans and dishes though. Can opener was broken/warped but some nice neighbors let us borrow theirs - we let the condo management know and hopefully they will get a new one. Very nicely appointed condo-multiple levels but one bedroom is on the main floor near front door (in case you have someone who doesn't do as well w/stairs). We used the street parking in front for one of our cars since rental agency gave me a huge SUV, but there is a nice garage behind the condo(attached) that would fit 2 smallish or medium sized cars.

Wonderful

Great location, loved the rooftop experience. Went for a Bachelorette party and we were able to be comfortable amd not feel on top of each other. Left belongings behind when we checked out and the host made sure to mail to me. We recommend if staying in Nashville.

Perfect space for bachelorette

Space was perfect for 11 of us. 3 full bathrooms was ideal for the group. Rooftop was nice to have as additional space. Would definitely stay again should we return to Nashville.

Stay was great, house needs TLC done, looks as if a lot of drunks stay in the house 😂 could use a better queen mattress. the bunk beds could be more stable as well. All air mattress had holes as well. Matt did a great job at getting back and communicating
