Detta lägenhet ligger i det renoverade Ocean Walk Condominium (tidigare Ocean Walk Hotel) i det världsberömda Art Deco-distriktet i South Beach. Du är inom gångavstånd / cykelavstånd från all den spänning South Beach har att erbjuda; restauranger, nattklubbar, shopping och den berömda Lincoln Rd., där du hittar restauranger utanför och underhållning ... allt.
Vårt mysiga, lägenhetsbostadshus har kakelgolv och skåp med granitbänk. Vi har en enkelsäng med utdrag för att få två enkelsängar tillsammans. (köpte på Ikea) Du hittar vår studio bekväm och mycket ren och nymålad och dekorerad. Den har en pool med tillgång till den vackra stranden.
Fastigheten ligger direkt på stranden (direkt tillgång). Hyresperioderna sträcker sig från kort sikt (minst två dagar) till lång sikt (månader), och priserna är beroende av årstid och hyresperiod. Vi har licens av staden Miami Beach och delstaten Florida.

A week in miami

We had a lovely stay at this beach condo, perfectly situated in south beach. The beach acces and the chairs for free at the beach are a real asset. The hosts were very nice and quick to answer our questions during our stay. We recommend this place !

Very happy with our selection

Honestly, I was a little skeptical that the neighborhood would be rowdy and that it was going to be a dump because the price was so reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong. You can hear people in the hallway well but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was fine. The room was small but our was all we needed

Location is excellent. Was a very, very small room, it did the job. Shower was good. Would have been nice to have creamer for coffee. Could use some updates. Bed was ok, took up entire room when pulled out.

Cute place

We stayed 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect place to wind down and relax. The beach was so close and loved having the chairs and umbrella provided. Very good communication for my many questions. Everything was clean. Great location.

Excellent Miami Beach Location!

Nice clean little studio condo with direct access to the beach, right on the ocean facing blvd for Miami Beach for easy access to all of the great restaurants and shops. Very reasonably priced and convenient.

Perfect spot in the beach

The condo was just as pictured. Perfect studio for me and my wife for a few days after our cruise. Location was amazing. Beach was beautiful and right by lots to do. It's definitely a small space, but had everything we needed. Bed was easy to pull out to make it a king.

This property is literally on the beach. Very neat and clean room with additional beach amenities like beach chairs, towels, complementary beach umbrella and chairs on the beach. Gary is super responsive and the discounted parking of $3.25 per day, is awesome to get in that area. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Gary.

Great location close to everything

For an economical stay this place is great. Great location by the beach, walk to restaurants. I would love nicer bedding and towels, but everything was functional and clean. The free pass for beach chairs and umbrellas was a bonus. A second set of keys would be good, we found it a bit annoying to only have one set. But overall it was a good stay and the price was excellent.

Solo stay in Miami Beach

The property was in a nice area with easy access to the beach and walking access to all sorts of food. I was able to park my car with no issues and the hosts were very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location.

Perfect location for sightseeing Miami south beach. Apartment clean and had all the facilities we needed. Didn’t spend much time relaxing in apartment as no view and air con very noisy.

We are Gary and Maria Elena. I was born in Miami, Florida and my wife has lived here for many years. We love the beach, especially the South Beach area. We purchased the studio for a get away place and also enjoy renting it to people and sharing what So. Beach has to offer. I worked for the City of Miami as a computer programmer, and I am now retired. My wife retired this year (2017) from Florida Christian school where she was a teacher, then an Elementary Principal for the last 10 years. She served at the school for 36 years. We have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. We love and enjoy our family and our American bulldog "Sophie".

South Beach has always been a favorite area of ours. We have seen it grow and be renovated the past few years. This area is historic and holds many memories of us going there to the So. Point as a teenagers. We were very happy to be able to purchase the studio in Ocean Dr. and, not only enjoy it ourselves, but also share it with people around the world.

Ocean Drive is a unique Art Deco and historic area. Ocean Drive is a world famous street with many clubs, restaurant and entertainment. Also, to the south of 5th street you can enjoy a more quiet tranquil beach atmosphere. You can go biking, go to the peer and walk down the water way to see the cruise ships coming or going out. Also, you can eat at Smith and Wollensky by the water way or walk down to Monty Trainers for a casual dinner by the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets and yachts.
