Booked this sight for my Honeymoon. The pictures do not match the condition of the place. It was clean, but dated. Also, the sound of the Bar next door is really loud and you can hear it late at night. First time to South beach so not sure what I expected but overall area seems a little sketch. We had no issues, but didn't necessarily feel safe when we left the Apt.

Great place in the middle of Ocean Dr

Stayed here with 3 girlfriends and it was perfect! Location could not be better if you want to be in the heart of Ocean Dr and across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again!

Me and my girlfriends had a great vacation. Room was spacious and clean balcony was great also. Rooftop pool amazing. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. Close to everything, perfect for a girls weekend

Anniversary

Overall an outstanding location and very nice place. The Palace is a bit noisy but it is the entertainment district so it is what it is. Great location, ample amenities, and easy access to everwherw in South Beach.

Perfect location for the beach

This location was perfect walking distance to the beach and other little restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We couldn't figure out the air so when we tried to adjust it and it started making noise we just turned it off. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

For us, this was great. It is loud because of dance clubs and live music nearby but that is all part of it. You cannot get much closer to food, beach and things to do. We did not need a rental and Uber’s were abundant and quick. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen was very good and bathroom/room was clean.

Perfect

This property was excellent for our girls getaway. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance of everything. There was a mix up with the room, but I called the owners and Val took care of it immediately and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on South Beach and will definitely reserve this property again!

Memorial Day Vacation

Location is perfect, right at South Beach. The room was spacious and I loved the bathroom. The overall room was nice. The only thing that would make this vacation rental better is if parking was offered even for additional fee because parking was hectic. I ended up paying for parking for the week at a garage behind the rental. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Val/Rob

Not in the main building next to very loud banging club

Very loud during early daytime throughout the afternoon - extremely loud bass and DJ pumping the crowd. Not just “south beach” vibe but VERY loud in condo at all hours.

Great Accommodations at Perfect Location!

I did the Miami Man triathlon for the second year and extended my stay into a vacation. I found this property to be exactly as described and reflected in the photos. The location is perfect - just across the street from the boardwalk and beach, and a short walk or Uber ride from almost anything you want or need. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The boardwalk at Lummus Park is the perfect place to get a run in, or rent one of the bikes from the various bike stations along the way. The rooftop pool was peaceful and provided a beautiful view of the entire area. I also found a great little Italian Coffee shop just a couple of blocks away, and really good beer at the Yard House, Kush, Boxelder, and J. Wakefield Brewery. I also recommend Abbey Brewing, which is also a very short Uber ride (a mile or so) from the property. The owners were very easy to work with, and allowed me a late checkout since I had a later flight. I highly recommend this property, and will be back!

The best hotel on ocean drive.

My stay was fine me and my sisters made the best of it. There was a minor issue both Rob and Val made an attempt to assess the issue. Unfortunately due to Labor Day weekend the issue wasn't able to be fixed. Rob accommodated me and my sisters which as perfect. Thank you so much Rob!!!! Now I would've given the review five stars but Valerie was super disrespectful to me and true nightmare she told me to never book with HER company ever again due to miscommunication and her not allowing me to speak on our phone conversation. Thank god for Rob calling me back and allowing me to speak my part and clearing things up. Also for inviting me back to the property. Overall I would recommend a friend to stay here but only communicate with ROB.

South Beach

We checked in early and were charged an extra 50 dollars. That was ok, but the place wasn’t very clean. Sand all over the floor, two 1 inch bars of soap in the bathroom. No paper towels in kitchen area or dish soap. We checked in on a Thursday and were told it would be cleaned on Saturday. Our checkout day was Monday. On Saturday, Cleanning person left garbage in unit and did not clean bathroom or change sheets. They did change towels, but no soap. Pool area was nice but dated, liner needs replacement. Location was good, but expect noise. Don’t rent if you want quiet or go to sleep early. Managers were very nice and helpful. Shower was a bit of drama, but AC was good. Overall, it’s a good place, but bring some Cleanning supplies and sleep late in the am.

We loved this property! It was well located. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants and right across the beach. Which we had loved. The drag bar next to the room can be noisy but for us it wasn’t bad at all! They closed around 12:30am almost every night which wasn’t bad for us. You could walk to bars, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this stay!

Be aware!

This property is made up of four separate buildings with units owned by multiple owners.The photos shown on all their listings are of the main building only.Listing states it is accessible by elevator which again is in the main building. That said, only one other building is connected to the main one by elevator via a convoluted route through service areas where the doors were locked to us more often than not. If you are staying in another one, you will have to leave your building and walk on Ocean Drive (not a long distance) to the main building to use the pool.You will be assigned a unit number in your confirmation which isn’t unusual but the room assignment is totally meaningless unless you are aware that your room may not be in the building you think you are renting.Our room had all the amenities listed but was dark and our view was of the building next door with a huge sheet of plastic spanning the two buildings to protect the drag bar/restaurant below from the elements. Music as loud but white noise will cover it up. Balcony was a joke.Check in is at 3:30. If you arrive early, they will call you when your room is ready.. We were contacted at 12:30 and told if we wanted the early check in, there was a 25 charge. WHY? We declined and at 3:15, they did us the big favour of giving us our keys 15 minutes early.Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but often just shrugged their shoulders at our concerns.Wish I could add photos.

Nice area

Everything was great! The club/restaurant music u could barely hear if you turn on the TV. The AC WAS GREAT! The only negative Was the balcony. Couldn’t really see anything. The bed could’ve been alittle firmer.

Awesome location!

The place has an awsome location. This particular suite does not have an ocean view but a side view of The Palace Bar and a small balcony. The noise level was as expected for the location and did not bother us at all. The AC worked great. The only downside of this unit is there is no elevator and it is on the second floor so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs but the gentleman who checked us in was kind enough to help us bring our luggage up. The rooftop pool was amazing as is the food aaand the beautiful people who work at The Palace who work at the rooftop pool. This was an awesome stay!

Stay here if you want to party!

It is a very nice apartment in a great area. I don’t feel like the description is quite accurate. This is on second floor next to a loud club that played music until 3 am the first night we were there. After that there was a spring break curfew and it closed at 11:30 pm. Also, the price was adjusted up from what was on vrbo after I booked it. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great shower in bathroom!

Ocean Drive

Wie hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Meer erwartet. Stattdessen haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, c204 das nur ein Fenster zur Nachbar Disco Pallace hatte. Die auch sehr laut war. Bis morgens um 02.00 Uhr. Ich hatte davon bei der Reservierung nichts gelesen.
