Booked this sight for my Honeymoon. The pictures do not match the condition of the place. It was clean, but dated. Also, the sound of the Bar next door is really loud and you can hear it late at night. First time to South beach so not sure what I expected but overall area seems a little sketch. We had no issues, but didn't necessarily feel safe when we left the Apt.

We loved this property! It was well located. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants and right across the beach. Which we had loved. The drag bar next to the room can be noisy but for us it wasn’t bad at all! They closed around 12:30am almost every night which wasn’t bad for us. You could walk to bars, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this stay!

Be aware!

This property is made up of four separate buildings with units owned by multiple owners.The photos shown on all their listings are of the main building only.Listing states it is accessible by elevator which again is in the main building. That said, only one other building is connected to the main one by elevator via a convoluted route through service areas where the doors were locked to us more often than not. If you are staying in another one, you will have to leave your building and walk on Ocean Drive (not a long distance) to the main building to use the pool.You will be assigned a unit number in your confirmation which isn’t unusual but the room assignment is totally meaningless unless you are aware that your room may not be in the building you think you are renting.Our room had all the amenities listed but was dark and our view was of the building next door with a huge sheet of plastic spanning the two buildings to protect the drag bar/restaurant below from the elements. Music as loud but white noise will cover it up. Balcony was a joke.Check in is at 3:30. If you arrive early, they will call you when your room is ready.. We were contacted at 12:30 and told if we wanted the early check in, there was a 25 charge. WHY? We declined and at 3:15, they did us the big favour of giving us our keys 15 minutes early.Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but often just shrugged their shoulders at our concerns.Wish I could add photos.

Nice area

Everything was great! The club/restaurant music u could barely hear if you turn on the TV. The AC WAS GREAT! The only negative Was the balcony. Couldn’t really see anything. The bed could’ve been alittle firmer.

Awesome location!

The place has an awsome location. This particular suite does not have an ocean view but a side view of The Palace Bar and a small balcony. The noise level was as expected for the location and did not bother us at all. The AC worked great. The only downside of this unit is there is no elevator and it is on the second floor so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs but the gentleman who checked us in was kind enough to help us bring our luggage up. The rooftop pool was amazing as is the food aaand the beautiful people who work at The Palace who work at the rooftop pool. This was an awesome stay!

Stay here if you want to party!

It is a very nice apartment in a great area. I don’t feel like the description is quite accurate. This is on second floor next to a loud club that played music until 3 am the first night we were there. After that there was a spring break curfew and it closed at 11:30 pm. Also, the price was adjusted up from what was on vrbo after I booked it. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great shower in bathroom!

Great Location

For us, this was great. It is loud because of dance clubs and live music nearby but that is all part of it. You cannot get much closer to food, beach and things to do. We did not need a rental and Uber’s were abundant and quick. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen was very good and bathroom/room was clean.

Ocean Drive

Wie hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Meer erwartet. Stattdessen haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, c204 das nur ein Fenster zur Nachbar Disco Pallace hatte. Die auch sehr laut war. Bis morgens um 02.00 Uhr. Ich hatte davon bei der Reservierung nichts gelesen.

Very loud during early daytime throughout the afternoon - extremely loud bass and DJ pumping the crowd. Not just “south beach” vibe but VERY loud in condo at all hours.

Anniversary

Overall an outstanding location and very nice place. The Palace is a bit noisy but it is the entertainment district so it is what it is. Great location, ample amenities, and easy access to everwherw in South Beach.

Great location questionable reservation process!

We selected this VRBO due to its central location. When we booked the suite based on the VRBO price on the site, I was shocked to find out the owner increased the rate over the rate on VRBO. I pointed out the statement on the VRBO site “The price you see is the price you pay.” Regardless the price was not as listed on the site. Once we arrived, the host informed the front desk that the suite was ready. When we went to open the door, the key did not work. I retuned to the office the fix the key issue. The front desk person returned to the room with me and was also unable to open the door. After recoding the lock we discovered there were guest in the room. Three hours later the room had been “cleaned” and was ready. On the surface the room looked clean, but as we looked closer we felt the room could have been cleaner. Overall our vacation was fantastic, the location of the VRBO was perfect, the reservation, service and cleanliness were below average.

El lugar es bueno, pero se debe soportar mucho ruido producido por el palace Lo otro es que jamás nos hicieron aseo en tres semanas, solo nos cambiaron toallas, sábanas y dos veces nos retiraron la basura Creo que es necesario limpiar al menos cada 2 días pisos y baño
