Melva’s vacation rental serves as a starting point for adventures and a center for relaxation. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!
Bedrooms 3: Queen beds, nightstands. With work desk areas.
Kitchen: fully equipped, appliances, toaster,microwave, crockpot, magic bullet, Keurig coffee maker with coffee,cream, and hot chocolate. 6person dining table

What a cute little house! A few deer came to visit, the beds were comfortable, and, silly as it sounds, there were ice cubes! We would definitely go back for another stay there.

A perfect Cleveland get away

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Melva's place. If it wasn't for the fact that we had so many activities planned in downtown Cleveland, I would have loved spending more hours in this Vrbo rental. The house was perfectly clean and inviting. I look forward to staying here again in the future

Fantastic stay

Property is on a quiet street. It is incredibly clean and has an updated decor that is so cute. The backyard has a wonderful large covered deck area and a very large yard. We saw several species of birds and deer every morning and evening during our stay. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Cleveland Weekend

Very clean. Good mattresses on all 3 beds. Nice patio with roof. Friendly responsive hosts. We appreciated their accommodating an early check-in. Would definitely book again.

Family Visit

Ideal location to visiting family in North Ridgeville & Elyria. Idyllic with extra accommodations for family to stay with us from Euclid. Had a lovely fire & a visit with a friendly deer! Will definitely be keeping the property on my list for future stays.

Charming house in quiet neighborhood

We had a fabulous stay at Melva's place. The house is very clean and well furnished. Lots of nice little extras like soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, fire pit ready to go with firewood and fire starter, and a covered patio. As an added bonus, you can watch deer in the backyard while you eat your breakfast! We are a family of 6 and the house was large enough to be comfortable for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Restful place during a stressful time

Adult family members convened for a sad family event. When we were able to rest, we spent time together in this peaceful spot. Sunny backyard with a deck and grill, three private bedrooms, and a very, very well-stocked kitchen. We cooked together, played the games left there for that purpose, watched the Roku TV and talked. We would definitely recommend this clean, cozy place.

This was the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. Pristine. Spotless. The owner thought of every conceivable amenity. There were even supplies to make s’mores to toast in the fire pit in the backyard. The back porch is a wonderful place to sit. The deer come in the morning and evening and there is an abundance of birds to watch. Very peaceful.Julie was super communicative. Very responsive and helpful.I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Melva's place was a lovely respite from busy, full days. Conveniently located and quiet - it was the perfect place to recharge. We enjoyed meals on the covered back patio, and rested well in the comfy beds. What we required was simple, and here at Melva's it was done well. Thanks Julie!

One of the best rentals we stayed at. We drove eight hours for a weekend trip and stayed at this beautiful home with all the amenities. When it comes to relaxation and sleep, this host thought of everything. They had sound machines, fans in every room, and electrical outlets that were easy accessible from the bed, and samples of bathroom toiletries in the restroom. This was such a nice house and we had a wonderful day.

Julie was a thoughtful host. The house was very clean and there were many things provided for us to use during our stay. They even had firewood ready for us to make a fire in the fire pit. It was everything we expected and more!

Melva's Place was perfect for us! My Niece, her Boyfriend, and Daughter stayed there for two nights. My Great Niece had a Cheerleading Competetion in Cleveland. The distance was not bad at all (30 minutes). The house was comfortable and very clean! We loved to watch the Deer, Cats, and Birds in the backyard while drinking coffee, and a cocktail at night. My Niece, her boyfriend and daughter enjoyed a bonfire and Smores one night. Everything was provided for a fire. I would definitely stay here again. Sincerely, Carolyn A.
