Melva’s vacation rental serves as a starting point for adventures and a center for relaxation. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!

Great stay

House was beautiful and very clean, a perfect place for our getaway for our daughter’s birthday. Hosts were very accommodating, and even left our girl a birthday present.

Perfect house for our needs

This was the cutest house! Very well stocked with kitchen gear and all the amenities you would need. The beds and blankets were so cozy and comfy! We would stay here again for sure!

Our favorite cozy place!

Very clean, updated, convenient, EXTREMELY cozy and comfortable!! Wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests. My kids and I stay here every time we visit our family in Ohio. We truly enjoy and look forward to our stays at Melva’s Place!

Wonderful holiday stay

“Gift of Experience”

Melva’s place was so cute and cozy!! The weekend was a gift to our mom! We enjoyed dinning in ingloos at Don Pomeray’s and dinning At Olesia’s nearby. We also love going to Upcycle Parts Shop!

Excellent Property

We stayed at this house for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. There were 6 of us and we all fit in the house and were comfortable. The owners provided everything. We didn't have to run to store for any products and there was no shortage of household items. The view in the backyard is absolutely beautiful, even in winter, and we will definitely stay there again if we go back!

Beautiful well equipped

This home was an amazing place to stay. Came up for a family Christmas and it was perfect and peaceful. The little added touches and extra amenities was great. Plus lived watxhing the deer every morning.

Family friendly, deer viewing, comfy home

Great three bedroom house. We even were able to see deer in the backyard in the morning. Excellent for Toddlers since it’s all on one floor and no sharp edges.

Cleveland Weekend

Very clean. Good mattresses on all 3 beds. Nice patio with roof. Friendly responsive hosts. We appreciated their accommodating an early check-in. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic stay

Property is on a quiet street. It is incredibly clean and has an updated decor that is so cute. The backyard has a wonderful large covered deck area and a very large yard. We saw several species of birds and deer every morning and evening during our stay. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.
