Super Cozy beach vibe with All 5-Star Reviews!!! Our units' photos don’t do it justice. This is your home away from home. Closest building to the beach walkway! Our unit has multiple beautiful views of the ocean. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. (6 people max) No Animals, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Master suite features king bed with balcony access; jetted tub, standing shower, and double sinks in master bath. Second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin bunk above it (up to 100 lbs.) and another twin bed. In-unit laundry with washer and dryer. You can see the ocean and the beach access walkway from the balcony which has a dining table for 6, and 2 chairs with ottomans and table. Elevator and carts available from the garage. Swimming pool, hot tub and gym are in the building next door. A quick drive to Flagler Avenue where there are top notch restaurants and adorable boutique shops. Nearest grocery store is 3 +/- miles. The restaurants JB's Fish Camp, Mi Mexico and Chase's on the beach are all within a 3-mile drive from the condo. There is usually live music at JB's Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will love it here. Check out our reviews. This is a relaxed building so there is a strict No Pets, No Parties and Max of 6 Guests policy. As of 1-1-2021 Oceanwalk no longer allows trailer or RV parking on site.

Perfect place in New Smyrna

1. Annie is great to work with. Very quick to answer questions. 2. Condo is beautiful and with everything you need including coffee, tea, sugar etc. And a good view of the ocean from the 5th floor. There is a pool and hot tub just a very short walk from building. Very easy and quick walk to the car free beach. Also if clean is important to you than this is the place you want. There were even 2 people mopping the outside walkway one day. And if you want to trash a rental and party all the time than this isn't where you want to be.

Truly our Home Away From Home

This is the 2nd time staying here in the last 2 months and when we walked through the door, we felt we were home again. The communication with Ann is above and beyond as she will return with answers and recommendations within minutes of my inquiries….and she has the best suggestions and even provides the space shuttle schedule (the view from the deck is awe inspiring of the launch). She also provides the great events happening in NSB while we are staying there. Their place is beautifully decorated and is supplied really with everything needed for your stay. It is so quiet and so, so comfortable - as soon as you walk in you feel at peace, relaxed and know you are on vacation. We will be coming back again soon as we just love their home and the hosts. It is perfection.

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here for one week and we had a fantastic time. The photos do not do it justice as the condo is even better than shown. The location is wonderful and it was very quiet. Everything is perfect including all the amenities and the fully stocked home. Ann is the perfect hostess and her communications are above and beyond. She even advised us, with links, of the space shuttle schedule, Canal Street and their events and restaurant recommendations. Thank you so much Ann for making this anniversary so special. Your home is truly a sanctuary.

Wow, just WOW! Great condo, great experience!

This condo was fantastic. There are so many things that others had already said in other reviews that I would also say! (However, currently, the VRBO website is not letting me re-read any reviews, it is forcing me to get a ONE KEY account and keeps redirecting me to that ONE KEY screen with no way to bypass it, so I apologize if i'm repeating things others have already said!) The condo is next to the beach access walkway. They have beach chairs, cart, cooler and beach towels there for us to use. They have all the light and fan switches marked so you know which one you're trying to turn on :-). They have SO MANY little extra necessities, such as paper towels, ziplocs, grocery bags, shampoo/ conditioner, various sizes of towels for both bath and kitchen, herbs and spices, toaster, blender, dish soap, hand soap, bar soap, scissors, tape, a binder with info on restaurants, info about the condo, pool etc. There is a de-humidifier which made it so comfortable. We had the AC set at 74 and I was still wearing a jacket inside the condo. We felt so at home, we were able to hook up our X-box and play our video games in the evening like we would have done at home. We were able to get groceries for breakfast and lunch and had everything we needed to make our food and then we would go out for dinners. The hosts are outstanding, answering any questions that came up, and giving specific instructions on checking in. They even told me where I could drop off recyclables (fire station). A+++

Prior to purchasing here we stayed in three other units at Oceanwalk condominiums and our unit has by far a much better view of the ocean and is completely upgraded throughout.
