After booking, these are the first two messages that I received. (Copy and paste from Madonnaâs response)Hi David Iâm sorry but the price not right so cancel your order please. As I said because the price I canât let you go in sorry so cancel please and fund anther place. I questioned why I had to cancel and then she said that I could stay that that message was not meant for me. We woke up to having zero water and I messaged Madonna at 7am about this issue. She responded 5 hours later saying the water issue was fixed. Check out was 11, so we had to get ready for our 8 hr trip without any water. Toilet flushed one time and that was before we knew that it wouldnât flush again. I then asked several times if we would get any reimbursement for our inconvenience. Itâs been over 8 hrs since Iâve asked, no response. Iâve messaged her several times over the past 8hrs and zero response. At least tell me no. Lol. Very dissatisfied. I probably would have lost my payment, had I not questioned her, when she told me to cancel in her first two messages.
