Just a 2 minute walk will bring you into the town of Port Sandfield, where you will find a complete general store (Silver Stream Farms), ice cream shop and a stunning interior decorating store (Lake Livin'). Access to Lake Rosseau via boat is here, providing endless hours of boating fun on the Big 3! The hub of Muskoka (Port Carling) is only 7 minutes away! Peruse the many downtown boutique shops including Red Bean Interiors, Lemonwood, the York & Mason café and L'eau! Down on the boardwalk visit Free Anatomy/Blackwood, Riot Clothing and Lululemon with an ice cream in hand from The Local Landing, and then finish with dinner at Turtle Jacks on the water!

A bright foyer and luxurious lounge provide a warm welcome as you enter the cottage. Around back an expansive deck features outdoor dining for 10 overlooking indescribable views of some of Lake Joseph's finest cottages. A BBQ lies just outside of the Muskoka Room, with a fire pit with 4 Muskoka chairs found beyond on level lawn. A few stairs will bring you down to the 1600 sqft dock where you can enjoy lunch fresh out of the Pizza Oven! The boathouse features transparent garage doors that open to reveal additional seating and a place to escape the hot summer sun. Even more plush seating can be found at the opposite end of the dock, where an oversized outdoor sectional awaits your presence. Unwind the large umbrella to provide shade in the heat of the day! Shallow water off the dock enables you to wade into the crystal clear lake, known for it's pristine swimming conditions!

As a result, enjoy majestic sunsets as they flood in at the end of the day from any corner of this room!

The bright Muskoka Room features brand new furniture including 2 arm chairs and a L-shaped sectional overlooking the lake. A ceiling fan gently pushes the hot summer breeze through the room.
