Perfect location and very spacious

We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Perfect spot for 12-15 people, the dock and outside seating areas were very spacious.

Great times on Clear Lake!

Exceptional space on clear lake for our group, and the views of the lake were beautiful. We had a great time on the water and the area around the dock is shallow enough for swimming and standing. We also went through Clear Lake Boats rentals to enjoy the rest of the lake - stopping by the Tiki Bar after (highly suggest, great vibes). The house was a short walk or drive away from the Veteran's Memorial Golf Course - which is great for a casual golf outing. Overall we had a great time, plenty of space to stretch out for a group of adults and enjoy a long weekend on the lake!

Fantastic lake side vacation home

Great property on the north shore of Clear Lake, IA. Fantastic view from deck. Very spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. Gas grill and gas griddle made meal prep easy. Deck is shaded in the late afternoon and evening so dinner on the deck is very comfortable. Dock area is a great place for children to play with life jackets as water is around 3.5 deep. Easy paddle boarding from dock area as well.

Memorial Day Stay

We stayed with a group of friends over Memorial Day weeekend. The house was great, plenty of room for us to have our own space, great outdoor area and close to town, while still being quiet at night.

Great location, beautiful home, great for families

This home was a perfect fit for our crew of 4 couples and 6 children under the age of six. The size was comfortable for all 14 of us and was notably clean. We especially loved being right on Clear Lake, dining outside on the top patio, and chatting around the fire pit in the evenings with a stellar view. The kitchen was well stocked (only suggestion is for cutting boards!) and there was no need to pack lawn chairs, life jackets, or water toys. Our hosts were accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Specific perks for our small people: 2 high chairs, several closets big enough for pack n plays, outdoor areas are gated, handful of toys available, plastic dish ware and cutlery, and bunk beds We also enjoyed City Beach downtown, just a few minutes drive away: beach, lake, splash pad, picnic tables, and bathrooms all right in one small area. The farmer’s market was nice, too. We had a wonderful stay in Clear Lake and would stay again! Highly recommended!

Amazing Lake Home

This beautiful lake home exceeded our expectations. Our large family had plenty of space. The views and lake access were amazing and we spent tons of time swimming by the dock. The host was very quick to respond and brought us trash bags when we needed them! I would highly recommend this property!!!!!

Great for family fun.

The property was beautiful and well equipped. Plenty of towels available and bedding for the comfortable beds. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, set up for enjoying the lake views as were the deck and patio. The dock was perfect for swimming. Great parking. One request, the first floor bedroom could use a table lamp. Also a larger TV for the first floor for night viewing since the kids slept on the lower level. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.
