The space
This Unique and Deluxe 5-star Condo, Fully Equipped and located in the same building of the famous W Hotel, Icon Brickell Building, at 21st-floor with the biggest SPA/ SWIMMING POOL in town. Our building is located on the mouth of Miami river on the sea, with amazing views of the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk. Steps from City Centre Mall, downtown, restaurants, cafés, and nightclubs. Five to six miles from Design District and South Beach.

The luxurious Icon Brickell resort in Miami was designed by Philippe Starck, featuring a 28,000-square-foot spa, and fitness center, wet and dry saunas, poolside bar and fireplace, and a life-size chess set. It is surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. Also Business Center at W Hotel is available.

Referred to as the 'Manhattan of the South', Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami's top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.

Guest access
The Main Pool Spa and gym are free of charge (use guest cards from my unit). Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened on December 29,2018. There is also a rooftop pool on the 50th floor managed by the W Hotel and it is accessible for $25 a day per adult. You could also enjoy drinks and food on our Deluxe Swimming Pool and the rooftop pool.

Other things to note
* There is a public parking garage across the street that costs $30/24 hours from Monday-Friday (8:00 p.m) and $15/24 hours from Friday (8:00 p.m) - Sunday (11:59 p.m.) If you use this option, you have to download the app, in your cellphone, Parkmobile App.

* There is a valet parking in our building that costs $36 dollars/overnight and during the day $10/hour; 4.

There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost varies from $15 to $20 dollars/overnight.

When you park your car in a public parking garage, If you don't want to walk to our building, you could take the metro mover. Travel in the metro mover is free.

* Five minutes walking from the Icon-Brickell building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market if you plan to buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during your stay in my apartment.
