We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was there is only 1 a/c unit in the primary bedroom. The upstairs loft was in the upper 80's even with all the fans and a/c unit working.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the location, it was quiet, lots of activities were accessible at the Ritz next door. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind and relax.

Kulima stays a very nice place to stay at the north shore

Close to all surfbreaks and well maintained, I was back to Kuilima after two decades and everything was still the same - a nice place in a magic zone.

Family get away

The property was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach toys and towels for our stay. The boys loved playing tennis every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Turtle Bay getaway

Glad to have a nice place to stay on the North Shore, with easy access to some great beaches. So nice to have washer/dryer, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. It was the perfect spot for our family!

Just enjoyed a great staycation!

We wanted a place to enjoy an extended weekend and quality time with our adult children and their significant others. This place was perfect. Sand, sea, horses, walking paths, a nicely appointed kitchen, great restaurants nearby, food stands... Mahalo for many sweet memories of a relaxing weekend!

I would stay here again!

This condo is spacious and bright! We loved opening the lanai doors to the condo and having coffee while we watched the sun rise! Very comfortable for 5 adults! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the loft and staircase. We appreciated the fans in every room. We had everything we needed including laundry soap! We all enjoyed our stay! We would book again for sure!

The condo was the perfect space for our family of five.

The condo was in Turtle Bay which is a really great location on the North Shore. The property has amazing trails and paths to walk/run on. It also has an easy access to the bus stop. The restaurant on the property had some of the best food we had during our stay. The beach is a easy walk, although there is construction on the hotel on the beach, so it can be a little distracting. That being said there are several other beach’s close by.

Wonderful time

The location and unit was so beautiful. Very easy check in. The air conditioner in the master bedroom only blows hot air and the living room fan did not work. But we made due luckily there is a lot of proratable fans. I would add a pizza cutter to the unit. Overall we loved our stay. We would definitely come back.

Spacious condo

The unit backs up to an unused but somewhat maintained golf course that makes a good play area for kids. No ocean or Mountain View. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The furniture and carpet are a bit “tired” and could use refreshing. We enjoyed the trails, beaches and 2 of the hotel restaurants that are nearby and within walking distance.

Great location- needs work

Location was great, but listing was misleading. The condo itself needs some improvements and the listing says AC but in reality there is one window unit in the main bedroom and it is also very loud. Other than that you have fans in each room. We kept windows and the sliding glass door open all day and ran fans all night. The kids struggled to stay cool in the loft and our toddler was so hot trying to sleep. We did not want to spend anytime there during the day. If you are sensitive to heat- it’s something to note. Also some lights and outlets didn’t work and the carpet needs replacing. If it were in a lower price range we wouldn’t feel the need to be as picky, but we’ve stayed on the north shore several times and feel we’ve had great comparisons.

Great place!

The property was very nice. Great space for our family of 6. So nice to have a kitchen and 2 full baths. Conveniently located. The beach / pool gear was so great to have on hand! One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of four. The condo was clean, spacious with everything you need for a vacation on the North Shore. The pool was right next to the condo with BBQ pits. Turtle bay beach and the resort is a short walk and the balcony faces the quiet and pristinely maintained golf course. North Shore beaches and Kahuku are a short drive away. Will visit again!
