The stunning view is enhanced by extra windows and a reflecting mirrored wall. Enjoy your meals on the furnished screened-in porch or inside at the dining table with seating for six. The well-appointed kitchen includes stylish contemporary dishes and cookware. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath suite features themed decor and the bedrooms include two kings and two twins. Books, puzzles, and games for the children and adults are provided, as well as four TVs, four DVD players, high-speed WiFi, and a cushioned window seat. Other amenities include a private washer and dryer and a wet bar. The elevator will make it easy to access this second-floor suite, even with an armload of fresh produce!

Great beach rental.

Had sand toys and boogie boards, umbrella, chair. Great decks, close to elevator which is good and can be noisy. Master bath is small but we love this condo and have rented it before. :) beautiful views and great pool access😊

Location and view was great

The big plus was the view and window seat. Also very easy to get down to the beach. The rental needed some face lift. Bathrooms need updated. Not sure the carpet was clean. Furniture old and to big. Four was comfortable any more would be a little crowed. We enjoyed the beach .

Clean condo with great views

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. We arrived to find it clean and nicely furnished including many small amenities. We’re happy with the whole experience of renting through Vacasa.

Amazing view

We absolutely loved this condo. Gorgeous views, well stocked kitchen, and just a few steps to the beach. It was also nice that they have carts to load your things and an elevator. A nice touch is the reading nook and books, a lot of books. I actually read a book....been a long time. Awesome place.

Great views of the ocean and beach.

We loved our stay. The condo was quite and peaceful. The walk to the beach was convenient for carrying all our chairs and other things to the beach. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets if you need them. Dunescape is also located in a very convenient spot, there are grocery store and other shopping close by.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved our condo. Great view and easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals in. The condo was also very clean which was nice. I just wish it was easier to contact someone if something is needed. It can take awhile to get a call back. They are quick to take care of anything once you do hear back. I would definately come back and stay here again!

Ocean wonder

The condo is great! The cleanliness when we arrived was not good. The elevator was broken for a whole day so my handicapped wife and I had to stay in the condo all day while the rest of the family could go to the beach.

My Awesome Beach Retreat

I loved this condo! I walked in and was amazed at the view! It was perfect. Just what I had been searching for. You could sit on the the screened porch and view both ends of the beach. Listening to the waves at night through the closed door was nice. Put me to sleep every night. The condo was very convenient to the walkway to the beach. The elevator was right outside the door. I’m giving away all the secrets of this place. Have already booked for another visit-I left yesterday! Vacasa was a good choice. I had used another local company in the past it the rental was bad…peeling paint,dirty,deck had cobwebs and mosquitos. The picture told a different story. I was nervous about renting in Atlantic Beach again but Vacasa did a good job.

Dunescapes Villas #245

The best thing going for this unit is it’s location. It could use some up dating especially the master bathroom. The vents in two bedrooms had been shut off so there was little air conditioning in those rooms until we figured it out toward the end of our stay. Also at the office of Vacasa. Our arrival envelope was now in check in box outside. We had to go inside to get at which time the gentleman at the desk was rude. Also Wi-fi info on check in envelope was incorrect. We did call office and received the correct info. For the price we paid we did expect better. Despite this we did have a good time.

Great Stay

I loved being on the beach. The Condo was beautifully decorated completely furnished. Beds comfortable and living room cozy. Kitchen needs a pizzza cutter. I would rent this condo again.
