As you step into Sundance View, you'll be greeted by rustic charm and modern comforts. The living room is a cozy cocoon of relaxation, featuring plump couches and a gas fireplace that promises to kindle not just flames but also the warmth of shared stories. Both of the fully equipped kitchens on the main and lower levels are culinary havens, fully equipped for both seasoned chefs and those who believe that the best meals are the ones shared with loved ones. All bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind for all guests as they each boast a Queen bed as well as one separate bedroom on the lower level for privacy. Venture outside to the spacious deck, your front-row seat to the grand spectacle of nature. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the stars or sipping your morning coffee with a view that could inspire poets, Sundance View has a way of making every moment unforgettable. Venture down from the deck to discover a firepit perfect for gathering outdoors under the canopy of the trees. For adventure seekers, the cabin is a hidden gem of the NC mountains. Explore nearby trails, chase waterfalls, or simply embrace the slower pace of mountain life. Sundance View isn't just a cabin; it's a place where mountain memories are created. Important Property Notes
• Please note, Sundance View's 3rd bedroom is on the lower level of the home, which has no direct access from the top level of the home. Guests must access the 3rd bedroom via a lower level exterior entrance.
• Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 do not have heat registers directly in the room, but can be kept warm in colder weather by keeping the bedroom door open and the ceiling fan running to circulate heat. To supplement, each of these rooms also has an electric oil heater available if more warmth is needed.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Community Amenities and Restrictions
Amenities are available between May 1st and October 31st and include a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, a kid's playground, a picnic pavilion, and fishing in the community pond. (Note that the picnic pavilion is available for guest use but cannot be scheduled for events.) Also included is the use of the Community Center with a library, art wall, activity center, and access to seasonal programs and events. (The swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through September.) Wolf Laurel is a private community and has restrictions on motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles. If you plan to bring any vehicles other than cars or trailers, please contact our office to ensure they are permitted.
• Ski Resort Changes. Please note, Wolf Ridge Ski Resort has been sold, and rebranded to Hatley's Point by new ownership. The resort is currently under renovations, and expected to open at a later date to be determined.

This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
