New home in Paradise. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood that has some surviving homes and trees from the fire of 2018. The home is located in a convenient area of Paradise with easy access to Magalia or Chico. The home has an open concept living and kitchen area. The garage is not accessible to guests. We have a different sofa than the one pictured.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever remted!

So peaceful, so clean and beautifully decorated and what a getaway it is for me and our family live in the area and we have such a wonderful time having them over for meals. The area is gorgeous and especially in spring.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Home is always super clean and very well appointed. It has everything guests would need to feel at home. The host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Mountain retreat just a short drive from Chico

We were in town for my son's graduation from Chico State. We were worried it was a little too far from the graduation but really wanted a place away from all the craziness in Chico. The drive was short and beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this stunning home and gorgeous town the next time you stay in the area.

True Paradise

This is my families 2nd time staying at this beautiful property. I almost hate to say how great this house is. Sometimes when we come to Paradise the property is not available. :(Thank you, Jenny for sharing your wonderful home with my family again. We hope to come back soon.

Another great stay at this fantastic property

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it was as good as the other 2 stays. It's a warm cozy home with a full list of amenities. Can't think of a better place to spend time if you're in the area and need a place to stay.

Best Rental we've stayed at!

My guys travel for work all the time and they said this was their favorite property we have ever booked! Thank you we hope to book it more in the near future. Also, a very easy process to book, unlike a lot of other properties, we didn't have to hand over our first born child in order to complete the booking!

Second stay was just as good as the first time

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Very comfortable and clean with everything in the home to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can't go wrong with this property.

The property and the owners Far exceeded my expectations even though the photos were beautiful it was much nicer than the photos could portray. I’m so very grateful to my family with relatives that live in the area as well. The thought of everything!

Very quite and beautiful home

The place is brand new. It is like a model home. Master bedrooom mattress was awesome. And no complaints from my guests either. Everyone loved it. We just needed 2 nights to crash while attending my sons Graduation down in Chico. We drove in late from Yosemitee on the 1st night and found the hide a key and check in and out is as easy as it gets. Places in Chico were outrageous and prices were skyt hight for Graduation week. so we foudn this in Paradise and it is only 20 minutes to town and a beautiful drive.

Beautiful, welcoming home!

Home was more than we were expecting. Check in was simple, house was super clean. Host even checked in with us to make sure all was good. Located in quiet neighborhood, felt extremely safe there. Unlike some areas in Paradise that are still rebuilding, this neighborhood felt complete, no construction sounds or vacant lots filled with construction supplies/equipment. House had everything you could need for feeling at home, and host provided nice information on the area and menus for local eats. Note for EV drivers -This was our first road trip with electric car. EV charging would have been nice to have at the house (may have had it, but garage unavailable and I did not think to ask ahead of time), but Tesla Super Charger right at the bottom of the hill on the way to Hwy 99 at Chico Target so was simple to charge up on our way out of town. If you are afraid to stay in Paradise because no chargers listed for Paradise (I was alittle concerned before trip), don't let that stop you, was not an issue for us at all. I hope to stay here for all our future family visits to the area!
