The second bedroom is fit for a king, with a king bed and a 58" TV. The third bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a queen bed that will make you feel right at home. 1- We provide a swing set for our younger guests' enjoyment. To ensure their safety, we require adult supervision at all times. Please note that injuries are the responsibility of the supervising adult, not the establishment. The swing set is suitable for children aged 3 to 8 years, weighing no more than 100 pounds, to prevent damage to the equipment. Any damages to the swing set will incur a replacement fee. Wonderful Stay!

We 4 adults loved our long weekend at this lovely, comfortable house. It is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and sparkling clean. Communications with hosts were easy and check-in and out instructions were clear and reasonable. It would also be great for folks with kids, as it includes baby/toddler equipment and a fun swingset in the ample yard. If we return to the area, we'll stay here again!

Great Place to Stay for Ark Encounter

Everything was as advertised at the VRBO. We enjoyed our stay for 6 people. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. We would stay again if in the area.

Fantastic stay

The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. All of the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Yes, you will hear trains, but we did not find them intrusive. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We were there to visit the Ark and my daughter who recently moved to the area. This was the perfect place! It was convenient to everything she wanted us to experience. It really does look like the pictures. It is super clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was already there. All three beds were very comfortable and we all slept well in them. The trains were not an issue for us. We had to listen for them and were not disturbed by them at all.We felt right at home here and will definitely stay again. I could go on and on about this place but everyone else already has and they were telling the truth!These people know how to run a vacation rental! There was not one complaint or suggestion made from our usually picky group.

We stayed just prior to the worst snow/ice storm in KY. Place was great. It had everything we could need or want. Wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early to avoid highway shutdowns and the storm. Would definitely recommend and/or stay there again

Amazing!!! Clean!!

This house was very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Has everything you need. Kitchen is very well stocked with any utensils or pot/pan you could possibly need! Communication with the property manager was amazing as well. Offered suggestions and we used several of them!! Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and stay!

Adorable renovated home

This was a really cute property very convenient to the interstate. The amenities of the home were wonderful. The overall location took away one star because there is a train track close by and trains run all night as well.

Perfect vacation home

This is the best VRBO we have ever experienced in dozens of homes. It is located perfectly between the Ark and the Creation Museum. David was super responsive to a minor issue. The Train noise was not laud enough to be a problem.

We loved our stay here for our visit to the area. Very convenient to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. Quaint little town. Home is beautifully decorated and was stocked with all the necessities. Very comfortable beds. We relaxed on the front porch as we enjoyed the nature. Would definitely come back.

Great Place to Stay

The house is really lovely - nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 couples) so the layout was perfect with 2 bathrooms. We didn't use the firepit, but it certainly looked like a great place to spend an evening. The shopping center that is close by had a number of restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a Starbucks. The location was perfect for our day trips to the Creation Museum, the Ark and the Newport Aquarium. All in all, I would definitely recommend the house and will stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

We were in the area for 3 days visiting the creation museum and Ark encounter with our parents. The location is almost perfectly in between the two and close to the interstate which made getting around very easy. The house was 100% true to the pictures on the listing. It was impeccably decorated and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host communicated with us before the stay with all the details. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Trip to the Ark

The house was lovely and pictures were true. The thermostat was a little off it would be cold in some portions of the house while other portion would be hot . But overall the house was great plenty of extras . Since we had three grand children with us the Easter snd dryer was great with plenty of detergent available . Plenty of toilet tissue and . Usually we have to buy extra so it was nice to have extra. The grass was a little long . We had bad weather one night and a huge limb fell from a tree, it fell across the walkway . We call the owners and he sent out the handy man to clear the limbs from the yard . We really appreciated the quick response.

Best VRBO yet!

I loved this house! It was newly renovated and all of the decor was amazing. The house had everything we needed!!! There wasn’t one speck on dirt that we could even find if we wanted to. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice size and fully stocked with enough towels for everyone. The house was so beautifully decorated and done that in fact, that it gave me tons of ideas for my home. Lol. The outside was just as great. Fire pit, grill, pergola to sit under and enjoy dinner as a family or sit outside and drink your coffee in the morning. The whole entire set up was beautiful. If you are going to the Ark, you definitely want to stay here!!!

Every thing was clean and well furnished. Our only issue was the mattress and pillows that being a different firmness then we are accustomed to.It was really nice to have a relaxing accommodations after a day of sightseeing.

it was amazing! plenty of room and the neighborhood was very nice. even though the house is in the train loop there was very little noise. the front porch was a nice place to relax. it was close to everything that we wanted to do! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

This house matched and exceeded all expectations. The listed photos were extremely accurate to the house itself. It was in the perfect location between Cincinnati, the Ark and the Creation Museum. The neighborhood was very quiet, the train wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. Would definitely stay here again!
