This cozy apartment enjoys a private outdoor space shared between the 3 units. It is steps to Gulf Blvd and has a pedestrian crosswalk so you can make it safely to one of Florida's beautiful beaches!!

Beach trip

The location was excellent and convenient to every thing. I felt safe walking alone at night and the people are friendly. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location and Great Value

This rental was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with a convenient crosswalk right out front. The host was friendly and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.It’s also heartwarming to see the island recovering and people supporting local businesses again. I’ll definitely be back!

Great Place!

Perfect spot for my wife and I. Location is close to everything you need and the beach is right across the street. Property managers were very nice.

Cute Beach Bungalow

Very clean, bed was really comfortable, shower had plenty of water pressure, beach access was across the street. Manager was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed it.

Nice quiet unit close to the beach.

My stay was wonderful! The unit was clean, plenty of space to move around and hangout. It is about a block from the beach, but it is super easy to get to.

Very nice house close to beach

The house was very nice one bedroom perfect for our anniversary get away. We were able to walk to the beach and John's Pass multiple times during our stay. House was very clean. Would highly recommend.
