Detta fältstenhus ligger vid 2630 West Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 och erbjuder en trädbevuxen miljö och har fyra våningar.

Husets källare har ett 90 kvadratmeter stort badrum (med en 6ftx4ft duschkabin, separat toalettområde och ett område med två handfat i mitten) och tvättmaskin i full storlek och torktumlare.

Första våningen har ett stort vardagsrum, en formell matsal med plats för 10, fullt utrustat kök, 1/2 bad och ett lerrum.

Husets andra våning har tre fullt möblerade sovrum (två med king size-sängar och ett med full säng) och ett badrum. Denna våning har också en balkong i huset med vissa sittplatser.

Husets tredje våning är ungefär 750 kvadratmeter med Art Studio med fem himmelbelysning, separat luftkonditionering. Detta har en queen size-säng och två queen size-sängar med luftmadrass (cirka 18 tum hög).

Huset är i perfekt miljö för allt som händer i och runt Ann Arbor. Till exempel: University of Michigan fotbollsspel (House är 1. 6 miles från fotbollsarena), basketspel, ishockey och andra campusevenemang, Art Fair, UMS-föreställningar, filmer och shopping.

House är beläget mindre än två miles från down town Ann Arbor w / stort utbud av restauranger, Farmers Market, Zingermen's Deli, Down Town kyrkor och University of Michigan Hospital. Zingerman's Road House Restaurant, en mycket modern Krogers livsmedelsbutik med Starbucks Coffey, CVS Pharmacy och några snabbmatrestauranger ligger inom en kort promenad från huset.

House ligger 45 minuter från Michigan International Speedway, 20 minuter från Toyota Technical Center, 30 minuter från Henry Ford Museum och Greenfield Village och 45 minuter från olika kasinon i Detroit.

Close to U of Michigan

Visiting the area with friends for parents weekend and football game at Michigan. Convenient to campus - a short drive or a nice walk to get there. Ravi was responsive and accommodating.

Family Weekend

My wife is from Michigan. This was weekend to spend with her family. The home was comfortable and the host walked me through the house on arrival by phone. This was very helpful.

Charming in a funky way

Spent a long weekend here. It’s a charming home that has its quirks. Great host and a good location. Not really walkable to downtown Ann Arbor but no issues getting an uber or driving ourselves. The house is old and decorated to retain that old world connection. Very well furnished and very comfortable. If you prefer a firm mattress, you’ll love these.beds.

Good stay

We had a good stay at the house but it is definitely in need of some updating. There are some windows with cracks in the glass, the backyard deck can’t be used, tape sealing exterior bedroom doors shut, and the lock to the back door was confusing. It did easily sleep 6 male adults and the outdoor space in the back was perfect for playing catch with a football or bag toss.

Weird in the Best Way!

It is a funky property that shallow luxury coddled folks should stay away from. And if you know Ann Arbor there are plenty of places they can stay these days. This house is for people who want to be together, with space to chill out alone. It’s old and trying really hard to adapt to stay comfortable. And it is comfortable in that “I love you just the way you are” way. Be bold and book it.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house itself has a lot of charm and character. There was plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping accommodations are very comfortable. The weather was beautiful during our stay so we spent the majority of the time outside enjoying the huge backyard. The proximity of the house to downtown Ann Arbor is amazing. The host, Ravi, is very kind and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cool place

Very old house that has been nicely updated. Plenty of room. It is not in a residential area, however is quite convenient to southwest Ann Arbor. The stadium is a bit of a walk, but easy to access. Very clean and well-kept up. Ravi is a great host.

Family Fun

We had a great stay. Owner, Ravi was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well supplied and the dining room table was big enough for all of us. This house is sheltered by large trees and the back has a wide yard surrounded by more trees and plants. It’s a house in the woods in the city. The loft was very spacious with three full sized beds—the kids loved it!

Family Christmas

We stayed here over Christmas to be able celebrate with our daughter who works at a local hospital. The property was everything we wanted and it felt like home. We cooked in the kitchen and had Christmas dinner at the beautiful dining room table. We sat around the large living room and enjoyed the fireplace while opening presents. The decorations are very fitting for the property and the old world European style was excellent for the holiday, Our host Ravi was excellent and quick to reply to our requests and questions. He was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful comfortable house

I rented this for a college reunion for a group of sixty year olds. We all felt relaxed and accommodated. The kitchen was very good, and the dining and living rooms were comfortable and conducive to hours of hanging out. We’d come back. Thanks Ravi!

Fantastic Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is tucked away enough to feel like you're getting away, while at the same time being conveniently located to just about anything you could ask for. There was lots of room and the property had all the amenities we could ask for.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice property, somehow manages to be very secluded and still be in town. Was nice to have a basketball court and a fire ring right in the backyard. Well lit at night for security, outside of property is under video surveillance.(may want to include that in description) House had everything we needed as far as amenities and supplies. Clean and comfortable.

Great property to stay in

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed and we had a great stay there. Ravi was a big help and gave us a great tour of the property by phone to show us where everything is located at the property.
