Escape to our rustic chic farmhouse in Peoria, an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. Our spacious home can accommodate up to 14 guests with five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy amenities like a pool and complimentary high-speed WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and the large dining room is great for gatherings. Just a short drive from downtown Peoria, our home offers a delightful combination of country charm and city convenience.

The main bedroom is located downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a second bathroom. An additional feature is a powder room located on the lower level of the house. For entertainment, our home has a foosball table, air hockey and an outdoor ping pong table. Only guests listed on this reservation are permitted in the house.

Please note that there's no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty. We strongly advise closely monitoring children and those not proficient in swimming around the pool area. The pool, at a depth of 5 feet, is not safe for diving. Please avoid bringing glass into the pool area.

By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to comply with all Pool Rules. Pool heating is included during your stay. However, please note that during the winter months, achieving a swimming temperature of 85 degrees is more challenging due to the nighttime temperature drops.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
- To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Local residents must send a message before booking.

Our backyard is backed by a golf course. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Quintero Golf, a 20-minute drive away, The 500 Club, a 15-minute drive away, and Trilogy @ Vistancia, a 12-minute drive away. For those who enjoy hiking, West Wing Mountain Preserve is just a 12-minute drive away, and the New River Trail is also nearby.

In summary, our VRBO vacation rental is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable stay while exploring local attractions.

Sublime!

The house met and exceeded all expectations. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy. Perfect house for a large group - we had 6 adults and 5 kids and it never felt cramped. We had so much fun. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Great house with good entertainment games. Very clean and great layout for our family with teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds & ceilings fans in all the rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for large groups with kids

This place was amazing with a perfect layout and all amenities. The back yard is perfect for kids and adults with games, pool, and lounging. The turf areas were a hit with the kids for games and fun. I would 100% stay at this place again!!

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!

Clean, modern and up to date. This cute house was great for a group of us ladies to come and get away to relax and brainstorm. Huge inside. Minimal but has the necessaries. Easy to get to downtown Scottsdale. Neighbors were quiet and friendly if we saw any. The pool was so cute! The house is bigger than anticipated so with 8 women there was more than enough room. Heidi quickly handled the batteries dying on the front door. She responded so sweet and didn’t skip a beat. Skip the downtown bs and stay at this house!
