Beautiful home with an amazing backyard

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Open floor plan, beautiful pool, basketball court, putting green, and game room. The home was very clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The home was a hit with everyone.

Peoria Property

We had a family of seven stay at your property in Peoria and we had a wonderful time. We made use of all the amenities the place had to offer like the pool, basketball court, putting green, ping pong table and the outdoor dining area. The site is located near restaurants and grocery stores, so great for our bigger group.

Wonderful vacation

Six adults came to the Phoenix area for a small vacation and a chance to catch a few Dodger spring training games. We were looking for a place to stay and the home we found was absolutely wonderful. This place met all our needs and had many amenities. It was very clean and accessible which is very important to all of us. For the time we had spent in the area, we would definitely consider coming back sometime soon

Great place for a large group.

Super nice place. Awesome backyard, pool is really nice and there is also shade. The barbecue works very well. The inside of the house is nice and updated. It was good to have 5 bedrooms to fit our 4 couples and the baby had his own room. Some amenities to could be improved which I let the owners know about directly.

AWESOME PLACE

This house was such a pleasant surprise. I’ve stayed in MANY places and this house is special. The layout is great when different people want to do different things. The noise from a hot ping pong game doesn’t interfere with watching tv in the family room. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great and pillows are quality. Bathrooms stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner AND toilet paper. I brought my own since most other places leave 1 roll. There were also extra paper towels. Not a huge deal but indicative of owners who want to provide all the small conveniences and very much appreciated. The backyard is amazing. Gorgeous pool and lots of play room. The neighborhood feels safe and secure. I’ve never felt at home like we did in this place. The downstairs bedroom is nice and quiet as sound doesn’t travel from the upstairs. All in all, this could be the place we’ve rented. One last thing, it’s about a 10 minute or less drive to Spring Training and plenty of places very close for groceries, gas, dining out, etc. Our group ranged from 2-70 and not 1 complaint about anything.
