México was awesome. Alex was great as far as communicating with us through our stay and quickly handled any issues we made him aware of. We would definitely recommend this location.

Our time at this condo was excellent. The pool and beach area were beautiful and well taken care of. Staff were great and ready to help. The condo itself was stunning with beautiful ocean views and was much larger than we were expecting.

Cozumel never disappoints!

Love the property, love the location! Angel the onsite Chef is AMAZING! Alex helped us with excursion info and tried to help with a couple of issues we encountered within our unit. Wonderful holiday, fabulous weather. We’d definitely stay here again and be a little more organized with our excursion plans ahead of time.

My family and i we love this place because is behind the ocean, Also has a nice pool with white sand the room we stay was very big and very nice great ocean view, everyone there is very nice and is only 10 min away from town i will recommend to stay in this place.

Wonder place to relax.

We planned this trip for scuba diving. The pool and the snorkeling on the property was excellent for our kids age groups. Close to the airport. Very clean property and very kind staff.

Grand Peninsula did not disappoint

We had a wonderful time at Grand Peninsula! The staff is top notch and so friendly. The unit is nice and clean and the owner is very responsive.

Cozumel

Great spot to stay!

Lovely property and unit, view is unbeatable. Alex the property manager was super fast to respond and offered assistance in arranging tours, chef. All that we encountered on the property were very personable and helpful, we appreciated them all. We enjoy staying on the north end, close to marina and dive boat, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

We love Peninsula Grand

This is our 2nd year at Peninsula Grand and we couldn’t be happier. The snorkeling in front is awesome with great clarity. A bonus is Angel who cooks delicious meals on the beach. All the units have great views and it is a quiet area. Walkable to town also. We will come again!

Beautiful location and beautiful property

The pictures of this property show exactly where you will be staying. The condo and the whole property was lovely and very clean. It was also much larger than expected! The beach area and snorkeling area were perfect. We also had fun playing pool and ping-pong in the common area. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

I rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend with my adult children and partners. The property was beautiful- large, spacious, well furnished, and with a great view. The property manager was very responsive, and everything went quite smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding!

This place is excellent! The communication was great all the way along. Jeffrey was always responsive and great to communicate with. Alex was very helpful and stayed in contact the entire time. The condo was clean and quite large. The view from the condo is perfect, overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect distance from town, close enough to bike in or take a short ride in a taxi. The property is clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!

Peninsula Grande is wonderful!

Me, my husband, daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights. The rental was easy to do online and pay online. When we got there it was easy to get in to the condo. The condo was big and clean and we all had our own room with bathroom. Two balconies overlooking the beautiful carribean waters. The place had a beautiful pool and beach area. Snorkeling was great right in the front of the unit. It was not crowded and at, private and peaceful!

Beachfront condo

The location and condo have fantastic views and the condo is in great condition. Check in process at the condo was difficult due to the language barrier and the staff not really knowing we were checking in. I felt at times that the Grand Peninsula staff really could care less that you were there and I think that needs to be addressed by the property owners. The pool and getting into the water to snorkel was really easy. I will say that the property owner did respond very quickly when I had issues and they will try their best to make things right. Overrall, this is a very good condo and would definitely go back.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

I can't say enough about how perfect this condo and building are. The property is beautiful secure and very well maintained, there really is nothing to complain about. This was my 6th visit to Cozumel and the first time I stayed in the North hotel zone. Best snorkeling I have seen in over 15 years and right off the beach area at the condo. Stairs into the water are easy to use and there are tons of fish everywhere. The pool is lovely and there is an option to have food prepared for you right on the beach. The condo was super clean, very very well stocked - both kitchen and linens so everyone had an abundance of whatever we needed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the balconies are large with beautiful views. There are many good restaurants near by, Buccanos and Lobster House are excellent. The best thing I can say is, we can't wait to return!!!

Spacious Condo with Incredible Views

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely 3 bedroom home; we had lots of space and gorgeous views of the ocean from our two balconies. While the property was missing a hot tub, it offered all other important amenities including a gym, grill, large swimming pool, and lounge chairs right on the sand. The washer and drier could use an update to more efficiently do small loads of beach and bath towels during our stay - we noticed that some of the towels in the closets were left damp. There was a slight musty smell from the central AC unit but overall we were able to stay cool and comfortable during a warm week in the mid to upper 80s. The condo is located north of cruise ship ports and so the beach and snorkeling area right in front was quiet and peaceful. We were just a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of town which made dinners out very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we would book here again!

Left out of fear for safety

Very noisy. Boats start at 6:30. Parties go until midnight. We hardly slept at all. They use the community area for parties. There were large noisy parties each night. On the third night Property management and security did nothing to help us even when two intoxicated men banged on our door and then just walked into our condo threatening my husband because we asked them to turn down the music. Very scary. We called the police and fled that night. Before traveling here I had asked specifically about noise and was assured this unit was quiet. Completely deceived. The single worse experience in my 50 years of travel. There are far better and safer places to stay.

SUNSET & OCEAN VIEW who can ask for more!

We arrived to Cancun and were picked up by Playa Transfers (wonderful) we had a big van for 4 of us. Arrived At Playa Del Carmen to take the ferry to CZ. We had a quick bite at Senor Frogs before boarding the Ferry to CZ. The 35 min boat ride was short. The best out Condo was 1 mile from San Miguel for all the restaurants and shopping. Love it! We rented a Jeep via Alex recommendation and it was wonderful. Just watch out do not speed!! Ticket alert! We loved having the Jeep for visiting different beaches and dinners. Our CONDO was FABULOUS! Huge and spacious. Beautiful sunset views from every window and balcony. Super clean! We were traveling with 2 young adults (sons) and they are gym fanatics and like to eat their protein etc in the mornings. 😁 So having the kitchen was helpful. The cleaning ladies came by 2x during our stay. We loved Buccanos for dinner sunsets and food! Azul Madera restaurant is beautiful and excellent food as well. If you like Italian go to Guidos! Have a delicious affogado! Totally 5 STAR Experience at peninsula gran, pool and snorkeling right there was awesome. Staff nice! If you like quiet and tranquil stay this is your place. Thanks to Alex for all the information and being so helpful. We love CZ! Don’t forget to go chankanab park, El Cielo, Isla Passion!!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly what our family needed. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean every day. We would have like to have had more information regarding the on site chef and food options prior to arrival so that we could have planned our meals better. We will likely come again!

Beautiful condo, Great location!

Condo was great! Very clean and quiet. Lots of linens/towels. Beds were comfy. Bottle water is provided. Plenty of kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. Wifi worked great. Pool & beach area was very clean. Lots of fish when snorkeling in front of the property. Angel the property chef did an amazing job of cooking the fish we caught on the fishing excursion! Guiremo was the nicest condo employee!!! Hemingway restaurant is close by and had a great breakfast menu most dishes just 100 pesos. Cozumel is such a safe city. We rented buggies for $55 a day and toured the island.
