KONTROLLERA VÅRT NOVEMBER SPECIAL! NYTT RENOVERAD, Vacker 3BR / 2BATH CONDO!

Paradise Condominium ligger precis vid en sandstrand med
fantastisk utsikt och fylld med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Det är i en nyare, men ändå liten, komplex (endast 12 enheter), har tre sovrum (två med vacker havsutsikt) och två badrum. Njut av att koppla av på din omhöljande uteplats, slappa av vid poolen på det nyutökade däck, lyssna på havet eller titta på kryssningsfartyg gå förbi.

Dessa lägenheter är en av endast ett fåtal på ön med sin egen sandig
strand. Det ligger mellan Chankanaab Park i söder och Playa Uvas Beach Club på nordsidan. Båda är bokstavligen bara några meter bort. Las Tortugas ligger precis intill och erbjuder läckra måltider så att du aldrig behöver gå långt för att äta!

Du har snorkling i världsklass RÄTT AV VÅR STRAND! Du behöver inte hyra snorkelutrustning, det finns allt för dig i lägenheten !!
Cozumel är känd för sin dykning i världsklass och du kan också ordna certifiering på vår privata strand! Besök valfritt antal rev inom några minuter från lägenheten.

Shopping i centrum och flygplatsen ligger också bara 15 minuter bort. Vi har också cyklar tillgängliga för din användning!

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Cozumel, the condo was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Alex was able to put us in touch when a private fishing guide as well as a private scuba diving/snorkeling tour, both were awesome!! and reasonability priced. Both were the highlight of our trip!Would recommend Paradise Condo :)

Beautiful

We visited Cozumel Feb 15 to 25 2025. The condo has everything you need and feels safe and very clean. Alex and Genny were great and responded immediately if needed. The outside area is beautiful and well taken care of, would rent this again. Thanks Genny and Alex

Great stay again

Our second time here. We will come again. Great pool and snorkeling right at our beach. Condo is great. If you plan to cook bring salt pepper oil aluminum foil etc as there is none. I would recommend touring the far side of the island. There are amazing beaches that aren't busy.

Clean and comfortable, nice snorkeling from beach. Easy access to beach clubs next door. Easy access to town with rental car or taxi. Would stay again.

Nice property. No contact from property manager when we arrived. Late in our stay advised we would have maid service that day, but no one showed up. Would have liked out door grill!

Nice Location

The property is beautiful and pretty quiet. During the day you can hear the beach clubs, but it quiets down after 5pm. The location is away from the tourist areas and the snorkeling is awesome. We saw all kinds of sea life and enjoyed the quiet evenings. The communication with the property manager was great when we first arrived, but trailed off later in the week. I did have issues with the safe and had to text and call to get it resolved. I do realize that it was during Carnival, so that could explain the delays. That was the only issue we had. All in all it was a great facility in a very nice location.

Great Condo and location...

We have traveled to Cozumel many times and really love the location and amenities Paradise Condos has to offer. In addition, Genny's condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with her and her host was always very quick and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beach location for larger family.

Condo was a good choice for our larger family. Everything was as described and automated lock check-in worked well. Beach was private and a short walk to nearby clubs for additional food and entertainment choices. Will likely return on our next trip.

Family trip to Cozumel

We had a great time at 1B! It was a wonderful location. It was a 15 minute cab ride to town and it was conveniently located between 2 restaurants and bars. The condo was beautifully cleaned twice and Alex responded quickly with questions. Thanks for helping our family vacation go so smoothly!!

Absolutely worth every penny.

This is a lovely condo, fully equipped with everything from kitchen needs to bicycles and snorkeling gear. I would definitely rent again. The view of the ocean is lovely.

Beautiful beach getaway!

The property was beautiful! Better than advertised! All comforts of home. Owner had masks, snorkels, fins and bicycles available for guests to use. Love the place and look forward to staying again if we come to Cozumel. Location was convenient to town although it is probably best to have a car if you plan to stay here.

Great location, great condo but listing a little inaccurate

We loved staying at Paradise Condos, it was clean, quiet and had an amazing snorkeling beach. Our only issues were that the listing was inaccurate. There isn’t a dishwasher, hot tub or bbq/grill. Definitely could also use warmer lighting as we found it off putting. The humidity is intense and we often needed the AC unit to dehumidify. I would stay here again regardless and we had a lovely time. Alex was very communicative and quick to solve our water issues.

Look no further

If this property is available then book it. Great owner, great property management, great location, wonderful amenities, and the property has everything you need. We had 3 generations and it was perfect for all ages. Also, located next to the Tortugas Beach Club with a dock for all of your food and activity needs. Will definitely be back.

Nice, Quiet, Clean and Convenient

Great spot to actually relax. Lots of little extras made our stay much better. I was worried that Tortuga's beach bar next door might be noisy late into the night, but they weren't. My only suggestion would be to get a rental car for convenient access to the city and more remote areas of the island.

Another lovely stay at this property :-)

We stayed at this property last year and absolutely loved it. So, once again, we had another great vacation in Cozumel. From the beautifully updated condo to owners and property managers, everything was absolutely perfect! Location, location, location!!! We find this location to be our favorite on the island. It's far enough from town and the cruise ship traffic, but not too far should you want to spend the day shopping or exploring the lovely downtown area. We highly recommend this property!

Lovely, modern, Cozumel condo.

Everything was almost perfect! We loved staying in this quaint setting just outside of town, but close enough to go to town for eating and shopping. Beautiful surroundings! Loved seeing the ocean from our unit. And the beach just steps away. Beach bars next door for beach service. Snorkeling and jet ski rentals. Washer and dryer were a plus. Also complimentary housekeeping 2 times. Also excellent AC. Would definitely love to come back.

Spectacular and convenient

We loved our stay at the condominium with our two young children (3 and 5) and are already planning a return trip. The location is unbeatable, with a private beach full of friendly fish to admire as you snorkel. There are beach clubs to each side with great options for eating. We stocked up on groceries and enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and enjoying gorgeous sunset and ocean views. This condo is well equipped with snorkel gear, towels, and kitchen amenities. We will definitely return-- and hopefully soon!

Perfect spot

This was our second time staying in this unit. Best location in the complex on main floor so it's right off the pool and beach. Very quite spot with a private sandy beach and great snorkeling. We will be back! It's 10 minutes south of the busy town so its very peaceful. We used top rated Scuba Life who would pick us up right from our beach. Fast internet in the unit, great for work.

Great place to relax while still close to town

We had a great time during our stay here. The unit had everything you need to have a quite and relaxing stay. But at the same time was close enough to everything that it was not difficult to get around. We rented a car, which by no means is a requirement, you could easily take taxis everywhere and it would be approximately the same price, will less driving stress. The property manager Alex connected us with an in house chef (a must do) and also a discover scuba trip (also amazing) where we were able to experience the reef up close and personal. If we do Cozumel again, this would be our first choice to stay at.

We couldn’t be happier w/ our stay…we love the location! Love all the amenities, had everything you would need…only thing we would say is the 1st day we had to air out condo…maybe becuz of the humidity. We will definitely come back….where can you go from your bedroom to your own private beach in a few steps. This is a hidden gem 💎 & we love the communication w/ the owners. Paradise found

What a beautiful place. Both the condo and of course Cozumel. The listing is dead accurate. What it could not have imparted is what a great community kind of feeling we enjoyed this time staying at the complex. We had two other condos worth of friend come down during this trip and we're able to have our own scuba boat to ourselves with 8 of us diving. Then a wedding group that was chock full of friendly generous partying people topped it all off. Can't wait to return!!

We fell in love with the beautiful water and the people of the island. The condo is one of the few on the island with a beach and easy water access.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is a perfect location because it's close to town but not in town! Away from cruise ship crowds and noise. Our location is right on the beach with a restaurant next door for a quick meal when needed. Massage and day trips right next door to enjoy!
