The apartment enjoys a privileged location, close to the RhĂŽne, Confluence, Halle Tony Garnier, and Gerland Stadium.

The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international âCitĂ© Scolaireâ, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
The famous places are :
- Tony-Garnier hall
- Stade Gerland
- Sports hall of Lyon Palais des sports de Lyon
- Castle La Motte
- Lyon-III University
- The Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon
