Property needs maintenance

Stay was okay but the house has many maintenance needs. Theater system didn’t work, master bath jets didn’t work. I reported these issues to the owner but they did not help us to resolve or give us any discount. The hot tub had very low pressure jets…especially disappointed about that one. Next time we will stay at a newer rental so that all things are in working order.

Amazing stay!

This is actually the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, but the first time since it has changed over to new management. They have done an excellent job taking care of this property and have done a great job improving on what was already an amazing rental property! The pool was kept up much cleaner than the previous owner they made a few other improvements to the property, and their communication was excellent! We are excited to come back again soon.

BEWARE NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO WRITE ALL THE PROBLEMS! RUNAWAY!

When we planned we had tons of options but chose this property. Great views! Then it started to rain and the giant floor to ceiling windows turned into a waterfall. Then the first floor bedroom started to leak and turned into a waterfall. Multiple property managers told us it was a long standing issue. Why would you rent it knowing this was a problem? Then they told us we need to move and find another place so they can fix it. Should have been fixed before renting! They said we can check out early to be reimbursed for the days not used. VRBO tried to move us somewhere. Nothing available. We are stuck here since there’s no where to move. They wanted to move us to a hotel. 13 people and our groceries to a hotel? Theatre room didn’t work. They dropped off an hdmi to fix it. No pool towels. was told “we have pool towels. bring your personal items this house has everything!” Told us regular coffee maker and keurig.no keurig. Kitchen is bare bones! No dish towels (ended up bringing them) no casserole dishes. Nothing but empty cabinets. No fireplace key to turn on. Hot tub is ancient. Nail heads popped all over the deck. Clearly don’t take care of this property. We are so tired of the endless problems. Sent video and pics all communication we had with host to VRBO. The Host is under investigation.The Hosts reasonable refund? $89.70 what a joke! Do you think 2 days rained on is reasonable? Do not rent from this host. Hopefully his VRBO hosting days are over because I won’t stop.

Absolutely loved!

This place was amazing! I highly reccomend staying here ( i have already reccomended/shared this place with a few of my friends). Now, where to begin... let's start with the location. It has beautiful views, including huge windows to take in the view even when indoors from the front of the house. If you go out back, the views are amazing there too! Its very easy to get to and close enough to the main strip in pigeon forge. The grocery store ( kroger) or attractions are like a 15 min drive ( if that). The house itself was beautiful. The wood finish inside was so pretty! The kitchen was just as pictured as well. Very nice. The pool / hot tub was great for my family as they loved spending alot of their time there. ( you do have to get into the pool area from the deck rather than using the doors inside but that was no problem to our family). The game room is where we spent most of our nights playing pinball ( i fell in love with the back to the future table but their is hundreds of digital tables), pacman, and pool. The movie room was a great place to relax and was very nicely set up. My kiddos loved relaxing in this room ( even wanted to sleep in there haha). The owner was easy to contact , very responsive, and provided great information prior to our stay. Overall, i highly recommend staying here when visiting pigeon forge!

Spring Break 24

We were amazed by the close location to everything and beauty of the home. Plenty of room for the whole family and large bathrooms . Pool was great to keep kids entertained. Mountain views was the best we have seen. Kitchen had everything needed. Memories were made and blessed to have the experience.
