The Palms of Destin 21014 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

Be Precise and Truthful

The worst thing about the trip was being told checkin was at 3:00 4 times only to get there and find out it had turned into 4:00.The coffee maker didn't workThere was something stuck in the garbage disposal 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa which is completely worn outThe condo needs to be updated. I would not stay there again.

Solid Place

The condo itself is clean and comfortable. It has all the basic amenities that you need. The check in process was less than stellar though. The listing side check in was 3 pm, but when we arrived we were informed that we couldn’t check in for another hour. The resort did give us an access card so we could go to the pool and use their on-site amenities, so that was appreciated. Overall it’s a fine place to stay

Nasty surprise found in closet!

Upon arrival, door was propped open. Unit was dirty and not fully cleaned yet.Had to wait for cleaners to finish. Very small 2nd “bedroom”, barely a twin size bed/trundle- ok for small kids only. Overall unit furnishings are old, stained, scuffed. Sofa bed was stained, dirty- opened it up dirt and sand & no linen. In second “bedroom” found a blanket stained with “menstrual” blood shoved in closet w/ other pillow/linens. No one felt comfortable in cleaners thoroughness and did not want to stay. We cancelled booking. Checked out early the next morning.

Overall was an okay place. The parking sucked having to walk so far to get to rooms and we also could never find a cart to check in and out. I wouldn’t say it was an ocean view As listed. And could have been a little cleaner pretty sure they had mold in the guest bathroom on vent and having to wash the towels every two days was a little inconvenient..but the pool was very nice and the main reason we booked this condo

Great Stay

Awesome property. Very clean. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Plenty to do at this location. From the giant pool, to the bistro to the poolside bar. Great communication with the owners. We just had an issue with the wi-fi. Would love to stay here again.

Friendly staff and great amenities at the Palms of Destin. Pool was great and so large it never felt crowded. Condo was quiet and well equipped for a long stay. Enjoyed the area and would definitely visit again.

Had a great stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our mother/daughter trip. We had access to everything we wanted and needed. The condo was clean and in good condition and we loved the restaurant, the food was delicious and not overpriced. Thanks for making our trip special!

We fell in love with this resort last year on a famiy vacation and had to have a property here! Enjoy the pool and patio bar and grill along with the newly remodeled coffee shop!The staff is super friendly and we highly recommend the awesome cocktail and wine list for the adults.
