Unplanned trip do to family emergency

This property is exactly as described, neat, clean, and the location is excellent. Anything you want or need is right around the corner, the ocean views and sounds were spectacular, all the amenities you need are there, beds are very comfortable. Our trip was made pleasurable due to this property. Look forward to coming back again. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Amazing view and overall great condo!!!

This was our first time to Destin and it was amazing!! The condo was perfect for our family! We will definitely stay there again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, as it was close to the local public beach and local restaurants. The unit needs some updates, but nothing that affects the overall experience. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Destin, Florida

What a great location and setting. Able to sit on the porch and see the ocean as well as watch the walking path and pool. Plenty of room for our family when they visited. Great communication with the property owner.

Lovely place to stay!

We loved staying in this Destin Condo! I was a little concerned about the walk to the beach, but it wasn't bad at all. The condo has a nice layout and is well supplied, and I really liked having a washer and dryer in the condo. We had a great time!!

Great stay!!

Great Location

Second time staying in this condo. Love the location across Scenic 98 from the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to Pompano Joe's for the best gumbo. Unit is clean with a nice balcony for gulf views and people watching.

Another great year

Family vacation

Nice condo right across the street from the beach. which is nice if you don’t want an bunch of sand in your vehicle. Plenty of room. The view from the balcony was very nice.

Great View

Perfect Location!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s across the road from the beach access and we could see the water from our balcony and people watch. We enjoyed our stay on Crystal Beach! It wasn’t real crowded until the end of the week. We didn’t have issues so we didn’t need to contact the host. He did check in and see how things were going. The only thing I would change is the lock to a keyless entry door.

Great place!!

The best part is being able to walk right across the street to the beach!! And not only that, you can press a button and the traffic stops for you!! That feature is great for the kids. Also, with the beach being right across the street, there’s no loading and unloading the car with all the kids and all the stuff. The only drawbacks are that Destin has too much traffic, and there was no toaster at the condo. There are attractions around if you can find any that aren’t too expensive. Perfect place to go to if all you care about is the beach!!!

Nice Condo

Loved staying here over Thanksgiving. Walking distance to Miller's Ale House which is a great place to catch a game. The unit was well maintained. Convient beach access even though it is across Scenic 98 from the beach there are public beach accesses at either end of the building. Hope to stay here again next Thanksgiving.

Overall had a great time. Room was clean and had a great view from the 3rd floor. Only negative I can give was the ice maker didnt work and I wish they had a full size coffee maker.

Close to the beach in Destin Fl.

Spacious unit with access to a very nice pool and hot tub. Beach is just across the road and access to the beach is close. The city of Destin is basically a giant shopping mall with a thousand chain stores. If that's what you like you're in heaven, if not, it's pretty boring.

Great place to stay close to the beach with a great view.

Maria was very helpful in the process of renting the unit and working through Homeaway's changes in damage deposit. The place is large and well maintained and right across the street from a great beach. the only negative is the smallish bathroom off the main bedroom but we didn't come to Destin for the bathrooms. We loved our 9 days in Maria's place, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice enough to mail an item left behind back to us. Thank you Maria for sharing your very nice condo with us.
