Ideal Base Camp

This was the perfect base camp for our family adventures to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Sevier River rafting. Having a comfortable place for the kids to play and all of us enjoy the spa at the end of the day was ideal!

Great spot for family ski vacation

We stayed here while we skied at Brian Head. The cottage had everything imaginable that we’d need for a relaxing, fun, family ski vacation. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Excellent VRBO

This place was great and I"d stay there again. The house was supper clean. Its been remodeled and everything is new and neat. Had everything we needed to cook, which saved us a lot of money with teenage boys. I also appreciated better quality household supplies-namebrand supplies. I've stayed in places that use dollar store 1-ply scratchy toilet paper. I think the best part though was the hot tub. It was wonderful to have a soak after skiing all day.and everything is new and neat.

Weekend stay

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The location is great. The only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure in the hall bathroom and the water took forever to get warm/hot. Not something we would not recommend staying for though. Very clean

Perfect place for Summer Games Soccer

The house was perfect for summer games. We enjoyed the soccer nets in the back, hot tub At night and the location to all the fields.

Great place!

We had an awesome stay at the Bristlecone home. Hot tub was clean and yard was tidy. Kids loved the swing set. The home was SUPER clean which always makes a stay more enjoyable. We even enjoyed the walking path just a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great perfect house

Stayed there while kids played soccer tournament in southern Utah, plenty of room, beds were comfy, living room was great, hot tub was nice, very quiet neighborhood — all around very good experience

Christmas Vacation

Home provides a great location to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Zion. Was a perfect location for everything. Cedar City is a beautiful town. The house was great. Hot tub was great after long days of hiking.

Great Thanksgiving

The property was beautiful and clean. Loved the set ups in the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the hot tub!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We went on a girls trip with 6 girls and it couldn’t have gone any better. We most definitely will be back from Texas to visit Lance’s house. It’s super cute, clean, cozy, stocked and roomy. Lance had very quick communication and has things supplied that people like me always forget to pack. We greatly enjoyed our time here as well as the hot tub. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Fall Get-away

We had a fantastic experience at this house. We will definitely be back. We loved how clean it was. Very updated. Loved the couches and loveseat. High quality appliances. Great hot tub and backyard to plan. Perfect for a family. The owner and property management is excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service.
