This brand new condo is within walking distance to all of downtown, from North Peak Brewing Company to the West, to The Cook's House to the East and Clinch Park and Marina to the north on the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Make yourself at home in an easy to access garden level unit. Only a few steps down...no need to lug your baggage up multiple flights of stairs. Unit includes SmartTV and SmartLock.
The "Jill" Capri condo is a comfortable and stylish accommodation with a thoughtfully curated blend of vintage and contemporary inspired details. Enjoy an open concept living, dining and well-equipped kitchen area to prepare your own meals. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Get a good night's sleep on comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets, plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. Entertain yourself with complimentary Wi-Fi, SmartTV, fun board games, playing cards and a selection of good reads!
Located at the south edge of the downtown commercial district. Within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, parks and Grand Traverse Bay. A beautiful historic neighborhood with tree lined streets borders the condo, one block to the west. It is a great neighborhood to take a walk.
***There are a few free designated parking spaces directly behind the condo building. These are on a first come first serve basis.
Additional parking is available to the public at Old Town Parking Garage (125 E. Eighth Street) is located steps from the building. For more information, visit the parking garage's website online.
Need more room? Book the "Jack" Capri Condo as well. It is right next door...literally the front doors are 3 feet apart and exclusively share the garden level hallway! Booking both spaces will accommodate a party of 8. That means 4 beds, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms....2 of EVERYTHING!
