Amazing Vacation

We had such a great time during our stay in Cape Coral. The pictures did not do it justice on how beautiful the house and view was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The house was very clean. We loved the heated pool and the screened in porch where we could watch the sunset.

Perfect location in Cape Coral

This was a perfect location in Cape Coral. Saw sunrise and sunset each day. Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants. House was perfect for our family. Property manager was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Property was great. There is some construction going on in the area but that is to be expected since hurricane. Siegfried welcomed us and asked if we had any questions. He was very helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral!

We absolutely loved this house. Not only is this a beautiful, very modern, and clean home, it has amazing views of the river, it's within walking distance of the yacht club, and the Boathouse restaurant and bar. It is also otherwise very centrally located, so trips to go shopping and to beaches in Fort Myers and Sanibel didn't take very long. Last but not least, the property manager was great. He was very helpful, friendly, and responded fast when we had a question. We can't wait to come back next year!

Give it some time

Soo I’m split. The location isn’t good right now other than the view. On either side there is construction and unfortunately they were working on the dock which we were not told of, so men were there from 715 am til 5 something at night. Walking on the closed in lanai shirtless to charge their equipment, fishing when “done” working and loud construction. The home was semi clean with trash still in trash cans, stains on flooring and ceilings, bugs everywhere but that’s to be expected somewhat. The pool needs more attention for filtering, and patio where we could have laid out, if no work was being done needed to be hosed off from all mud from dock workers. Siegfried was very nice but we would not stay again.

Beautiful home for our family to stay and the pictures are as it shows. House is very spacious and clean, with beautiful sunsets and even saw dolphins and manatees. Siegfried was quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind.

Family Time

We enjoyed the property very much. The views are amazing! It lives up to the pictures and is nicely remodeled. The bathrooms are newly done and beautiful. We used the bikes in the garage. The area is nice, and it’s easy to get to restaurants and other places. The pool was great, too. Very good choice!

Great Location and Views

Of course a hurricane had hit this area recently, and I had lowered our expectations. Luckily, this house was on stilts and didn’t endure as much damage as other homes around. We weren’t entirely aware the docks were destroyed in the storm and was unfortunate to see when we arrived. We did not have WiFi the first 3 days, owners reps tried to contact service providers but nothing during the weekend.. The weather was terrible and it would have been nice to easily stream movies / shows! Otherwise, this property is fantastic and a great location to enjoy sunsets and nice breezes. Kayaks can easily be launched and the property had a couple plus some bikes. That was not advertised and was a nice bonus to see, we didn’t use them but was great they were there if needed. Smooth location to good food and drinks around, can even walk to the tiki down the street, great food and drinks!

River dream disappointment

The home is beautiful and spacious. After the hurricane in 2022, I contacted the management company. I was told that the only damage to the property was the lanai screen which would be replaced before my stay a year later. A couple of weeks before we arrived I was told that the garage also flooded. When we arrive and saw the pool, I was horrified. Half of the bottom of the pool was badly discolored and looked like a fungus. There was no screened in lanai. Parts of the exterior of the home was damaged. There was a roach problem. One of the bathrooms upstairs had water damage on the ceiling. A few showers had tile broken away near the shower door. The grout on the floor in the bathroom downstairs was very discolored in areas. The trim around the bathroom door near the floor was in poor shape. There could be more chairs/loveseats in the living room and the game room. Some shaded area around the pool would have been nice. The discription stated the beach and yacht club were near, when in fact they were closed since the hurricane. This info should have been shared with me.

My River Dream!

The house is beautiful! We loved the rooms, decor, furnishings, beds …all very comfy! The pool table room was a big hit, as was the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and view is spectacular! Siegfried was wonderful to deal with! I just cant say enough good things! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Haus am Fluss

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen direkt am Fluss und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Raumaufteilung mit 4 Schlafräumen und großen Wohn-, Essbereich mit der offenen Küche sowie das Billardzimmer geben einen ausreichenden Gemeinschaftsbereich im Haus. Uns hat das Haus gut gefallen und wir würden jeder Zeit dort wieder gerne den Urlaub verbringen.

Beautiful house, fantastic view, refreshing pool

Our five-day stay at The River Dream was fantastic. The interior of the home is spacious and beautiful, just like the photos shown, and the view of the river was spectacular - far nicer than looking out at a little canal. The pool was heated, which was perfect for a swim during the bright orange sunsets each night. Some exterior work still needs to be finished on the property, but that is still very common across the greater Fort Myers area. It was easy to get around from this location, but we spent the majority of our time enjoying the amenities, and the peace and quiet, offered inside and on the patio of The River Dream.

Spacious House - Beautiful Open Water View.

Despite all the damage in Cape Coral from Hurricane Ian -- this property was in very good condition. Some damage on outside but inside was great. Seigfried was a wonderful host and always very responsive. House perfectly clean and the view was incredible. Very comfortable stay.
