Unit 6508 - Memories are Made at the Beach -This is a beautiful Gulf Front unit at Gulf Shores-Plantation in the Plantation-Palms - Unit 6508! The next time you vacation on the Alabama Gulf Coast, relax and escape the crowds at our charming 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 6. You will love the Gulf Shores-Plantation Resort where the condo is located. It is a private gated community and located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula right next door to Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

This lovely decorated beach-front condo has a view that is to die for! Enjoy the nicely furnished living room with a Smart TV and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. The unit also has 2 built-in bunk beds. You will feel right at home with Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and DVD. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals when staying in, including refrigerator, microwave, ice maker and cooking utensils. There is a Table and 4 chairs and 2 Bar Stools. A STARTER Supply of Paper and Soap Products are Provided.

During your stay, you will enjoy the beautiful grounds and the four thousand feet of private, uncrowded, and unspoiled, white sandy beaches. Choose between the outdoor beachside pools or indoor pool. There are 7 pools on the property for your enjoyment. Stay in shape with a workout in the fitness center or enjoy one of several relaxing Hot Tubs. The complex features charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board, game room, putting green and much more!

Attractions include various golf courses, Bellingrath Gardens, 65 landscaped acres in the midst of a 905-acre semi-tropical rain forest. Charters are available nearby for deep sea and in-shore fishing, or you may enjoy a boat trip which allows you to watch the dolphins play. Visit Fort Morgan, offering living history demonstrations and self-guided tours. Take a ride on the Ferry to Mobile and visit the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Take a drive to Pensacola and visit the National Naval Aviation Museum. Looking for a good deal? Check out the large Tanger Shopping Center offering more than 120 factory outlet stores. Take a nature walk in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge located near the resort. Enjoy local attractions such as The Wharf, ziplines, the zoo, and more. Savor delicious, fresh seafood at numerous, local restaurants. Make a splash at Waterville, USA-a Water Amusement Park sure to thrill kids of all ages! You can also enjoy OWA, the Theme Park for thrills, shopping and dining. There is something for every member of the family!

*Age Requirement: We require the guest who books the reservation to be at least 25 years of age and to be staying in the rented property for the entire length of the rented time period.

Beautiful view

The view is beautiful. Balcony furniture is perfect for just sitting outside. They thought of everything to have in the kitchen. The condo is beautifully decorated. They have extra blankets and pillows if you need. We will definitely be staying at that condo again.

I just finished treatment for breast cancer!! We’ve been coming here for about 8 yrs and last 4 yrs stayed in this building!! This Condo was perfect for us! Great time!

The condo was very cute! Had everything we needed. Plenty of storage for our family. Great views. Loved the coffee shop on the property. Only complaint really is master bedroom was very dark & no fan. Just two lamps for light. You can’t really open blinds because it faces the balcony where people are walking by.

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was just what we expected. It's not too big, but it was a good size for our family of four (two adults, two children). We were out of the condo for most of our stay enjoying the beach and pool. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect, as was the balcony overlooking the water. The condo was clean, but it did have very minimal supplies in it. Fort Morgan was about 20 minutes from the downtown Gulf Shores, but it was quick to get into Gulf Shores for shopping and eating. The condo was in a quieter part of Gulf Shores and it was very family friendly. Jackie had prompt communication and was very welcoming in her emails. The entire property--pools, restaurants, fitness center, etc.--were well-maintained and safe. I definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect for what we needed

I was there with my teenage daughter for a softball tournament. We flew into Pensacola airport, rented a car, and you basically drive in a straight line for about 60 mins to the condo. When we arrived, we came with the paper already filled out about our car and room number etc, that made it much smoother for us, and the employees seemed to appreciate it as well. The condo itself has a wonderful view. It came stocked with everything you would need to get started. There is a Walmart and a dollar general near by (which is named in the welcome email) to pick up other things. The bed was great, plenty of extra blankets and pillows too. The chair and umbrella rental out on the beach was super easy too.

Beautiful

Beautiful, clean place, decorated beach cute relaxing. Jackie was available and helpful. It would have been nice to have the outdoor hot tub open while our kids played in the pool we could have been in the hot tub. For some reason it was closed for the summer.

Dreaming of a white sands Christmas...

This place was absolutely wonderful!!! It was the perfect Christmas getaway. Waking up and drinking coffee every morning with that view was unbelievable. The place is stocked with everything you could think of! Beach chairs, umbrella, blender, Keurig and a regular coffee pot, even a crock pot! (I had already packed my own) Communication with the host was really easy. We would definitely come back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed for four nights for our own little Christmas getaway and it was everything we could have wanted!! The condo has an amazing view. Opening up the curtains to that view every morning was breathtaking and a wonderful spot for coffee! The condo has everything you could think of! So many cups, glasses, plates, bowls, a Keurig, a normal coffee maker, A CROCKPOT!! It was so easy just to cook from home while staying here and save some money, although we did explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores as well. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is relatively low key. Christmas Day was 70 degrees and sunny and we weren't packed like sardines on the beach. The host is amazing and was quick to respond with questions!

Amazing 2 weeks!!

This condo was perfect! The owner was so responsive. I contacted Jackie Battles because my husand could not get the revliner to work. I just wanted her to be aware. That same day a repair person was at our door. The balcony furniture was so comfortable. The grounds and beach are beautiful. Thank you Jackie for a wonderful stay.

This is the condo

I've stayed in many condos on the property and as 1-bedroom condos go, this is the best. Clean and well-stocked with a great view and comfortable bed--there's nothing to complain about. We had trouble getting in initially (had the wrong code) but were able to communicate with the owners quickly.

Great Place to stay while in Ft Morgan

Very relaxing place if you want a more peaceful , calm vacation. Many pools to pick from, the hot tub is real enjoyable & nice size . The on site restaurant is very delicious. The Condo looked just like the pictures, very cozy and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean, and a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely come back if ever this way again !

Everything as pictured. All kitchen utensils needed. Comfy bed! All linen needed. Great view from balcony! Short walk down to beach. No issues at check in. No complaints, would recommend and rent again.
