Denna rustika och traditionella bondgård på ca 160m² boyta erbjuder ett mysigt vardagsrum med öppen spis, soffa, fåtöljer, TV, gratis WiFi etc. Separat kök med angränsande matplats och bord för 6 personer. På denna nivå finns också en toalett med duschrum.

Två av de tre sovrummen är på övervåningen. För en, sovrum med dubbelsäng och eget badrum. Å andra sidan en med 2 enkelsängar och separat duschrum. Det finns också en fin balkong med utsikt över poolområdet och landskapet. En särskilt vacker 360 ° panoramautsikt kan avnjutas från takterrassen (ej utrustad). En upplevelse är när man kan titta härifrån ett av de imponerande fyrverkerierna under de många Patronatsfeste.

Det tredje sovrummet med dubbelsäng och stort fönster mot gatan (tyst sidogata) ligger i källaren. Här kan duschrummet i den separata lägenheten användas.

Mindre men inbjudande poolområde, som är utrustad med några solstolar, paraply, men också med bord och stolar för 4-5 personer. Stor gasgrill tillgänglig.

Huset erbjuder också en ansluten, mysig lägenhet i källaren med luftkonditionerat separat sovrum (dubbelsäng), duschrum och vardagsrum och litet pentry. Två bäddsoffor erbjuder 2 fler sovplatser, z. Beautiful authentic building in nice landscape. Sights are nearby and reachable by bus easily. Bathrooms could be renovated in the next years.

Wonderful family retreat

We've not had a holiday abroad for several years and never used Vrbo before. It has been a really great find. The management of our booking was great, the host on arrival was friendly, extremely helpful and was available for silly questions via WhatsApp about the refuse collection. There was a basic welcome pack of food for us on arrival. Antonia gave us a tour of each room and showed us where everything was. The farmhouse is on the edge of the village with panoramic views. There is a parking spot right outside but it's always in full sun so a car shade is advisable. The house is 10 minutes from most places, including Xlendi and Rabbat. There is a supermarket in the town a short walk away, selling European brands and also dairy and gluten free foods which was unexpected but very helpful. The house had a great Encanto feel which went down well with the children. It is excellent for hide and seek too! The AC in the bedrooms was welcomed and was economical to run. The pool did need a bit of a clean but we used it and it was fine and certainly helpful with the heat. A great place for nature lovers with birds, bats, lizards and grasshoppers. Overall we'd definitely recommend this to other families. Thank you for our stay.

Munxar property

Lovely property in an ideal location, great views and close to everywhere required. Pre check in was easy and any questions we had were answered. We felt property could do with a big upgrade in terms of fine detail, fixtures and fittings were of poor quality and standard! Beds too short, shower was dirty and old, pool tiling and filters require attention, whirl pool was sending in dirty water! Depth of pool is wrong. 2m-3m is more accurate. En suite in our opinion would be in master bedroom rather than the twin room.... Its the fine detail that would make one return visit, possibly not on this occassion

A nice and lovely farmhouse

A very nice and rustic farmhouse with a beautiful view over a small valley. Quiet location, lots of space and no direct neighbors. Own pool which was very well maintained/clean. Unfortunately there were no pads/cushions for the pool loungers. The air condition in the bedrooms can be unlocked with a coin slot meter in the garage. Very fair price (can be checked on the meter in advance). Parking in very short walking distance possible. We would recommend this farmhouse. There was only one major downside: The kitchen utensils (pots, pans and cutlery) were rather basic and in bad condition. We strongly encourage you to offer better kitchen appliances for a deposit.

Wunderschönes Farmhouse

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben uns im Farmhouse sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht weg. Das Wetter war perfekt, viel Platz im Haus, die schönen Palmen, Olivenbäume und Blumen und natürlich der tolle unterbaute Blick von der Terrasse. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre auch draußen. Und nicht zu vergessen der Pool, in welchem wir am Morgen und am Nachmittag sehr gern geschwommen und reingesprungen (Pool ist bis zu 2 m tief) sind. Ganz lieben Dank an die sehr netten Farmhouse-Eigentümer, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei ihnen verbringen dürften. Das Foodpackage bei unserer Ankunft und auch die sonstigen Hilfen waren super. Die Organisation des Transports und die ganze sonstige Organisation durch Herrn Witterstein waren perfekt. Er antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Das erleichterte uns die ganze Urlaubsorganisation enorm. Wir haben es auch geschafft, alles das anzuschauen, was wir uns vorgenommen haben und noch viel mehr. Dabei war uns das Mietauto von Joes Garage eine große Hilfe, da wir viel flexibler waren als mit dem Bus. Gozo und das Farmhouse sind wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! 😘

Perfect stay for our family

My family could not have found a more perfect place to stay for our first trip to Gozo. The house is clean, neat, and well equipped. From the roof, there are beautiful views of the surrounding country, including the Basilica and the Citadel. Before we arrived, the property manager helped us arrange for a transfer from the airport to the house and then to pick up a rental car. (I highly recommend you take him up on this. He referred us to Victoria Garage, and we found the owner, Joe, to be helpful and accommodating). We were greeted by the house keeper who lives next door and she made herself available for any problems that might arise. The house owner emailed and called to check in and make sure everything was working well. He also sent a list of places to visit and gave recommendations for restaurants. When we had difficulty with an AC unit, the housekeeper came over within an hour and had it sorted out. I highly recommend you choose this house for your holiday.
