You'll be staying in Point Loma, a highly sought after and upscale area of San Diego, known for its amazing views of the San Diego Bay, Pacific Ocean (Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, and La Jolla), and the proximity to EVERYTHING - Liberty Station (walkable), Military Bases (SPAWAR, MCRD, North Island) Cabrillo National Monument (5.1 miles, 14 mins driving), Belmont Park (Mission Beach; 4.2 Miles, 11 mins driving), Old Town San Diego (2.5 miles, 9 mins driving time), San Diego Zoo (7 miles, 14 mins driving), USS Midway Museum (4.8 miles, 13 mins driving), Balboa Park (4.9 miles, 15 mins driving), Petco Park downtown (6.3 miles, 16 mins driving), Gaslamp Quarter downtown (5.8 miles, 16 mins driving), La Jolla Cove (11.3 miles, 20 mins driving), Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliffs Natural Park ( 2.3 miles, 7 mins driving). This unit is a completely private, separate 750-square-foot unit, which is on the second floor of a residential house. There are 15 stairs leading up to the unit. Please note that a family of four (including two kids and a dog) lives below, so you will hear kid noise at times. You’ll be given a unique keycode to enter the unit, and you can park right in front of the house. The home is stocked with beach accessories, kids’ equipment (stroller, highchair, travel crib), and local area information. From this upscale area, you’re just minutes from the local grocery stores, many restaurants, parks, playgrounds, beach, Zoo, Sea World, and Downtown.

If you have a car, that is a great option, but there are so many other transportation options - walking, easy access to Uber, Lyft, the Bus, Trolley, rental cars, and 2 miles to airport. This is such a beautiful neighborhood, we recommend walking around the neighborhood, take a short walk to Liberty Station (~10 minutes), check out the eclectic Ocean Beach for it's antique shops and walk down Newport Avenue, shops and restaurants on Voltaire (Voltaire St. and Catalina St.), and much more!

Beyond Expectations

This is an amazing place that completely exceeded all expectations. It was like Nicole knew exactly what I would need for my stay. Nicole and Christian were responsive, friendly, and I had everything I needed. Kitchen was the best stocked vacation home kitchen I have had yet on VEBO. The place itself is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room for my mom, daughter, and two dogs! This is a gem honestly and close to everything in San Diego.

Excellent place to stay

Very clean and exactly what we needed for our stay in San Diego. Close to bus routes if you do not have a car, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Perfect beautiful stay

Such a precious area to stay in. And the cutest place to be in. Equipped with your own kitchen, bathroom in a very tasteful design. The communication is very heart felt. She checked in with us after the first night.and was a text away if we had any concerns.

Cutest Place, Great Location, and Kindest Family!

We were so blessed to have stayed here! Nicole and her kiddos greeted us when we arrived. She is so kind and helpful to give us lots of information on where to eat and places to visit. The house is in the most beautiful neighborhood and a great location.

Perfection

What a lovely space. Our hosts thought of everything. We felt at home and comfortable the entire stay. The location of this property was perfect. Easy access to Shelter Island and Liberty Station. We arrived very late and were greeted right away with a personalized welcome note and thoughtful complimentary items, like waters and snack. In short, we felt the host went above and beyond for our comfort. The place has all necessities you could possibly need! Lovely, lovely all around. Perfect for young family!

This was our 4th time in San Diego, but 1st time staying in this particular rental. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2-year-old. Nicole was very communicative and helpful, and she had toys, books, and other child-friendly things available in the unit. We were also happy to see everything necessary for a beach trip with a young child! The unit is new, clean, and beautiful with tons of natural light, and all the little details had been thought through. A great place to stay especially when flying to San Diego, as nearly everything was provided so we didn't have to travel with a lot of luggage. We would definitely come back!

Great stay in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay! There is so much to see and do in San Diego, and this location was central to just about everything. The loft is clean and fresh and inviting and truly had everything we needed, plus some fun extras like a beach umbrella and chairs to make our day on the beach delightful! We were traveling with our 1 year old and Nicole thoughtfully made some books and toys available as well as a high chair and pack n play. Parking was readily available at all times of day, which can be rare in the city, so it was a nice perk! Look no further and book your stay.

The loft is nicely decorated and comfortable. Nicole was very accommodating. I didn't realize that there were stairs to get to the room, I guess I didn't realize it was a loft. Quiet neighborhood but I could hear the property owners down stairs.

LOVELY PLACE! WONDERFUL HOST! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

A five-star experience! The accommodations were lovely, well appointed, clean, inviting, beautifully decorated, and did I say clean!?!...everything is new, there's nice linens, and a comfortable mattress. Nicole, the host, is very sweet! And her communications were always timely and very helpful. The apartment is in a beautiful walkable neighborhood (we dined often at restaurants within Liberty Station.) We also visited the San Diego Zoo, went hiking up Black Mountain, spent the afternoon at Coronado Beach & biking trails, and visited Torrey Pines. It really is a beautiful area! We would visit San Diego again! And we'd stay here again, it really is lovely!
