Shotgun Rye- You'll love this open concept single level home with 10ft tall ceilings, tons of natural light, chef's kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer. Sleeps 4. Enjoy the comfort of the huge center island to eat or work at. High speed internet tested at over 300 mbps, two 55" Smart TVs. Free on street parking or use the 2 car parking pad in the back. We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome! BTW- Bluepillow.com has incorrectly placed unverified reviews online-we do not even use Bluepillow. We are working with them to show OUR true reviews.

Centrally located! We are a quick walk to several independent local restaurants , bars, and shopping. Or you could grab a cab/rideshare anywhere in Louisville in under 10 minutes.
Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Cafe, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Also close by are Big Bad Breakfast, Logan Street Market, Hammerheads, The Cafe, Paristown Food Hall, &Wiltshire Bakery, Kaiju, and everything on Bardstown Rd. Louisville is a Foodie Town!
Quick scooter or cab ride to downtown (2 miles), Churchill Downs (3.2 miles), Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (5.1 miles), University of Louisville (2.2 miles), Ky Fair/Expo Center (2.8 miles), KFC Yum Center (1.8 miles), KY International Convention Center (1.7 miles) and close neighborhoods the Highlands, Bardstown Road area, and Nulu. My husband Ken and I have lived in the Highlands/Germantown area since 1997. I am a nurse and real estate agent and he runs our real estate investment company. I am originally from Louisville and met Ken while studying at the University of Kentucky. But, we both graduated from the University of Louisville. So since we went to both schools we get to cheer for both!
We love Louisville, know the history and all the cool things to see and do. We love being centrally located and close to everything. Just let us know what your interests are and if you need some tips we'd be happy to help!

Great central location close to downtown, the Highlands, NULU, and in the heart of Germantown makes it easy to get around anywhere with a short walk, scooter ride or ride share!
