Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom home is designed to accommodate groups of up to 14 guests with a mix of shared and private spaces. The first-floor primary ensuite features a king bed with direct access to the pool area, along with a rain shower, large soaking tub, ceiling fan, bidet, and smart TV. A second ensuite upstairs offers another king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Additional bedrooms include one room with two queen beds, another themed with two single beds, and a bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed. The family room includes a sectional sofa with a queen memory foam sleeper and a smart TV.

Indoor living
The family room opens to the pool area and offers comfortable seating and easy access for gathering. An air-conditioned game room adds another space to unwind, complete with a 55-inch TV, arcade machines, a pool table, foosball, and board games. The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, wifi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes Maytag appliances, granite countertops, and space for preparing meals with cooking basics and dining essentials. A dining table offers room for shared meals, and coffee is available with both drip and Keurig options.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round and open 24 hours, with pool & spa heating available for an additional fee. A charcoal grill is provided, and additional grill types are available. The fully fenced backyard offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private patio or balcony. A half bath with direct pool access adds convenience. Guests also have lake access using a nearby path or dock, as well as free resort access and use of a shared gym nearby.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
