When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles.

To prepare your access, we’ll need the full name of all drivers in your group, exactly as shown on their driver’s licenses. This is required for entry into the resort, so please be sure the names match the license.

We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Our Paradise Pool Villa is only minutes to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists.

Morning sunlight filters through the wide windows as you sip coffee by the pool, the sound of soft ripples in the water blending with birdsong from the garden. Evenings invite you to gather under the glow of string lights, sharing stories while the kids play nearby or unwind with a favorite movie. Sleeping arrangements
Five inviting bedrooms welcome up to twelve guests. Two king suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, each feature a private ensuite bath with a bidet, Roku TV, and ceiling fan—the upstairs suite styled with beach tones, the downstairs with views of the pool. A third bedroom includes a queen bed with a private ensuite, while a second queen room and a playful Nemo-themed kids’ room with two twin beds complete the layout. Each room offers fresh linens, soft lighting, and ample storage, giving everyone a private place to relax.

Outdoor living
Step out to a screened patio where a heated private pool glimmers in the Florida sun. The space includes a dining area for shared meals, a gas BBQ grill for evening cookouts, and a poolside half bath for convenience. Whether you lounge on a hammock or take a refreshing dip, it’s easy to unwind in this quiet corner surrounded by greenery. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to nearby resort amenities including a lazy river, water slides, mini golf, and a beach-entry pool—no resort fees required.
Guests must pay an additional fee to have the pool or spa heated.

Our villa is beach and Disney-themed and offers ROKU tv in every bedroom and the loft area, a virtual workspace area, and high-speed Wi-fi. Bidet in Master and first-floor bathrooms, Fully stocked Kitchen, Barbecue Grill, ceiling fans in every room, arcade, table, and board games.

Located very close to the Clubhouse and Water Park. Just a 3 minute walk.
