Convenient location and exceptionally clean

The location of the condo was very convenient. It was within a community so there was no heavy traffic, but it was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and tastefully decorated

Great winter get away

We were in Bradenton for the month of March. Excellent location, accommodates. Stores, activities, beaches all in close proximity. Bradenton Sarasota airport very close. Great relaxing condo and location. Complete kitchen, washer dryer in house 👍🏻. Internet went down at one point, immediate response that had us back online. Thanks!

Nice quiet area

We enjoyed the Condo, it was a nice and quiet area. We loved sitting in the screened in porch listening to the fountain. We did notice a few things that may need to be fixed. The master bathroom toilet keeps running. The chandelier in the dining room is coming out of the ceiling and the ice maker didn’t work.

Property was ok. No soap in 1 bathroom. Half filled soap dispenser in the other. No extra tp. Mattress in master had some kind of thick pad that kept sliding off of box spring. Mattress in second bedroom was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Sheets in master disn

This is a fantastic place!

Beautifully updated kitchen and impeccably clean unit for less than the cost of the nearby Holiday Inn Express! Highly recommend!! We are older parents of a 9 year old, and this place has a lot of great amenities for parents who love the help in entertaining a kiddo! The pickle ball court, two heated swimming pools, bb goal, and little playground were just what we needed in the evenings before getting ready for bedtime.

Refrigerator didn’t work properly! Didn’t have simple kitchen accessories, no blender, crockpot, or air frier. All in all it was ok.

Annual Florida Trip

Property was exactly as advertised. Loved the space and accommodations- we had everything we needed in the unit. Enjoyed the property amenities- pool, spa, walking path, etc. loved the private screened-in balcony. Perfect for our family trip and very reasonable cost for all it includes. Accessing the property was a breeze and loved the many businesses within walking distance.

The property was neat and clean. Everything worked even no though the refrigerator filter light .

The property was near the pools and clubhouse. It was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants with just a short drive to the beaches.

4 nights stay in Bradenton

The property was exactly as advertised in a very well kept and safe community. The condo was very nice and clean with very little noise. Great view of the pond and birds from the 2nd floor balcony/lanai. Short walk to the pool. Ample parking right out front. Takes just minutes to drive to the grocery store and about a 20 min drive to AMI if the traffic's not too bad. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The only minor issue my wife and I experienced was sleeping in the relatively small bed. We kicked each other so many times during the 1st night that we ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms for nights 3, 4 and 5. But that was ok. Would definitely recommend staying here.
